Solo que is still plagued by terrible teammates
Yes I know this is another thread about how pathetic most solo que teammates can be. This match had everything that made it miserable. Terrible start, Dc, people going down quick, teammates struggling with the box. The ending was worse.
For some reason, the video quit recording but yes I got face camped after a long chase which I have no problem with that. Hitting me on hook for no reason tho even when I don’t think I did anything toxic to begin with. What happened was I predictably got left in to second state and then this Claudette come in for the rescue. She gets hit and unhook. No borrowed time and then she deadharded right through me and I went down. After first hook, I never got a chance to do anything. And the Claudette tbagged me to when I got picked up.😐 Idk if I’m in mmr hell. Someone send help

Its just in my opinion survivor MMR should not be based on escapes. Many urban evasioners and hiders escape because they don't do anything while the ones that do stuff die because we dont crouch at every bush possible.
Then you get them to matches where they should not be...and again they hide the whole match and some killers find that cute and let them go letting them get even higher on mmr.

Look, I could have done better. I made a bunch of mistakes in this game that I wish I could take back. Not using stealth to go for the save on Nancy. Crashing into a box before I got grabbed. But I did the best I could in this game just to basically die on first hook. Ended up with the most points too.
This was a horrible game lmao. Crappy teammates is all I get unless I am playing with friends even without comms

I would offer to help, but realistically, those people were probably better than I am at survivor. You do not even want to know the horrible, terrible things I have done to teammates.

i basically did the best Lebron impression after the Cheryl dced. But the team on my back with doing the 3rd gen and the long chase around the entire map. It would have been longer if I didn’t have to get hit intentionally for the speed boost to get mancy off the hook. And what do I get? Tbagged by my teammate. How nice

It was just a bad session for you but an OK one for me. Reading your post just brought back some bad experiences whenever I play solo Q 😅. It doesn't matter which perks you bring, if you have an unskilled set of teammates, your chances of escaping through the exit gates greatly decreases. The killer, however, always seems to be great which doesn't help the team you matcheed up with.

I'm in Solo Q hell, too. I'm pretty sure I have the lowest MMR ever. Now I'm playing with mates who don't even know what a gen looks like. I mean, I'd rather play with DBD Tutorial's bots, cuz the bots are doing gens!

it doesn't work like that, no one escapes if even one person is being useless. if you're bad at looping and you don't do gens you don't make it to high mmr at all

Yeah it sadly does. Ive been in multiple matches as a survivor where rest of us did the gens and looped the killer but the one who was too afraid to do anything escaped from the hatch / door. This person who did nothing and was too afraid to even save people got higher MMR rating from those matches than rest of us.

Not asking for teammates that can loop the killer for 5 gens. Just asking for good teammates. Not teammates that let you get into second state, not teammates that farm you of the hook with no BT, then Dead hard through you so you get it, not teammates that tbag you after you go down because of them. I got one chase with the pinhead and died after.

That match wasn't as miserable as I thought. My solo games ar way worse than that.
The DCd one seems that she has lost her connection, not the typical rage DC when downed.
The first down happen at the same time the first gen is done, in a lot of my matches the first down happen before a gen is done.
Only one gen remaining when you die despite one person lost her connection, a lot of my solo games end with 2-3 gens remaining.
That's not a DBD solo experience at its finnest.

That’s a fair assessment. This game was looking very shaky when Nancy and Cheryl both went down. This game would have been a win if it wasn’t for the dc. The worst part about that entire match was me getting one chase and that’s it. Claudette farms me then dead hards through me so I go down and get tbagged by her. I could have played better but I thought I did the best I could. I had him chasing me for 2 minutes

Apparently not because looping the killer for 2 minutes and then dying on first hook means I am a worse player than a Claudette that just did gens, didn’t get a single save, did the box once, didn’t get chased, but she gets the exit gate

solo q do be like that mang, bubba is by far the easiest and predictable (more so with bamboozle) killer to run and yet my teammates go down the instant they're found, like damn man at least run the bubba for 2 gens so he'll end up with 1k every game. arghhhh

too many survivors refusing to improve and just crying for nerfs instead. It might sound harsh, but in a side balanced around 4 people it only takes one person throwing a tantrum to ruin the game for everyone.
Suiciding on 1st hook, dcing the moment they go down, quitting because they "don't like the killer," failing a save and quitting out of sheer embarrassment, leading the killer back to the hook in chase, wasting a ton of time, trying so hard to bully the killer they never touch gens, etc. They all have a cascading effect that makes things worse for the other 3 survivors (and the killer as well half the time.)
I know its going to sound like an us vs them post (killers do all kinds of bm and dcs as well) but when one survivor does it, the other 4 players are stuck in that match so they have to suffer through it. And I feel thats a big part of why soloQ feels so bad, alternating between 1+ selfish teammate willing to ruin the game and killers who facecamp/tunnel/etc preventing you from playing games as well.
Lemme get 1 gen, 1 unhook, and run some good chases and I consider it a good game regardless of the outcome. The above scenarios prevent pretty much any of that which makes the games feel awful.

I totally understand where your coming from. I never go out of my way to bm the killer. It just puts a target on my back. I try my best to be the best teammate possible while trying to escape. In this game I got 3 unhooks. I even got the Nancy out because the pinhead was proxycamping. Took him for exactly 2 minutes around the entire map and then got bmed and died on first hook. People do cry for nerfs and some are valid like boil over, but sometimes the game is on you or your team. I could have played better for sure, but after the first hook I didn’t get a chance to do anything. The Claudette sold she didn’t help at all. The team wasn’t strong

I had a game in solo yesterday vs bubba and my 3 teammates were all friends. I got a gen done with a bill quick thanks to prove thyself. Then all hell. Mikela goes down. I signal the bill to help me on another gen. I get ignored so both the Claud and bill go down going for unhook. We lost. I was playing with idiots
