Why do some survivors think they are better than everyone...
Hey guys and I hope you are well today...
Now what I mean by this is, I was in a streamer's lobby playing survivor. I was playing meg as I main meg, and I had a TTV teammate in my game. I play solo q by the way, anyway it was on springwood and I was being chased and I lost the killer. I found 2 teammates working on a gen so I go help them with it. That is when tinkerer kicked in and we was chased off the gen all getting injured. I was being chased yet again, not sure what the TTV Jill was doing but let me finish. I finally got caught and hooked then a gen pops in the background nice.
Anyway ill fast forward this as I will be here all day explaining everything that happened in the match. So in the end result, 3 of us died and the TTV person got the hatch. Now I ain't going to name the streamer as I ain't a douch but I went over to their stream to say GG was a fun round. They ignored me so I thought fine...
I was curious to see what they was doing in that match so later on, I went back on their channel and watched my match on their vod.
Now what this person was doing is walking around the map looking for totems and finding a good one to boon lol. They attempted to do a gen and were also chased off it and they were using shadow step so lost the killer. All they kept mumbling is for F sake why ain't these morons doing gens. This was like a few minutes in the match lol I saw the part on there vod me going down later on in the video and they said "learn to run the killer stupid" lol like common. I know this is a little rant but this is just a game lol and I thought I ran them well. But the rest of the match it was just negative comments all the time. By the way they never did a gen they attempted to while me and others did most gens before we died.
Sorry for the rant I just wanted to know your thoughts and have you had a similar experience. It's like some people think there better than anyone else. I play the game for fun, I don't care if I get destroyed by good killers.

There always a player like that in every game.

I'm sorry you had to experience this in front of a number of viewers, not pleasant at all to say at least.
My friend and I played against a few streamers, one was a little blunt over my decision while they where on the hook.
I wanted to solved the box to stop the chain hunt to be able to heal them afterwards, hoped that someone will save them. They commented on that, basically saying that I'm one of these players who don't know how to play right.
This judgment says nothing about our game-sense but about themselves.
There are a lot of them unfortunately, I hope to see the more positive streamers.
Don't feel bad over this, have a good day!

There is a reason unpopular streamer being unpopular.

This seems to become the norm for dbd streamers, always find excuses, blame your teammates and so on.Never own up your mistakes, small pp energy.

I don’t think some streamers realise how much having a calmer more positive attitude will genuinely help their growth. Whenever I play with or against a streamer, regardless of the outcome of the match, if they’re super chill and friendly it’s an easy follow. Being rude and grouchy will not do you any favours.

Entitlement from people is just awful sometimes but, there's not much we can do about it. Streamers or just any player someone at some point is gonna have a mindset where they think they're the best.
Which if they are they should be doing all the stuff if they say they're the best.

It's just pure arrogance

I’m sorry you had to experience that. Luckily most ttvs are very chill and they have even allowed me to add them as friends in dbd
