What perks could I use to make playing fun?
I have all the killers and almost all of thier perks so what are some fun perk/killer combos that even if not good are fun?

Really fun build i found for nemmy is PR, oppression, eruption and myc. Constant cycle of zombies on gens, and survivors playing catch up with unhooking.
If you don't care about winning, try myc, nemesis, rancor, and furtive chase. Ask @Aneurysm about that one 😂.
Another fun one is tier 4 Myers. Pick perks that compliment his tier 3 effects.
I also love exposed meme builds on any killer. Use any 4 constant exposure perks. Startruck, myc, dragons grip, haunted grounds for example.
You can also try a build with fire up, brutal strength, enduring and spirit fury for some hilariously oppressive pallet play.
Lastly, try a full gen kicking build. Oppression, overcharge, eruption and trail of torment for example.
If you're getting bored with perks, try coming up with creative builds where all perks synergize with each other.

Deathbound was my favorite meme perk until I actually hit survivors who were good at the game. CoH also destroyed it entirely.
I will never forget walking into two survivors crouch walking with eachother through midwich because they were so scared of the oblivious effect.
Plaything is the new "horror" perk for sure. I usually do Corrupt / Pop / Tinkerer / Plaything on an indoor map with for my "meme" build these days. I've had people straight up be too scared to leave lockers once they realize you are a good killer and they have 0 terror radius to go off on Lery's.

Try out some really situational perks. Things like Claustrophobia, Play with your food, Haunted Ground etc. Perks where your activation can sometimes be random!

I feel like Save the Best for Last is a pretty fun perk. Most of them are passive to be honest, so they aren't necessarily "fun." Insidious camping is pretty hilarious. I like Mad Grit to swing a ton while I carry my potato sack.

Rancor, rancor all the time.

My fave fun builds are these:
Rancor Bully
Save the best for last + Rancor and whatever else in the last two slots
Completely ignore the obsession all match long and instead accumulate STBFL tokens. At the very end of the match kill the Obsession the first time you hit/down them. It's so mean lol
Jump Scare
Hex: Plaything + Tinkerer and whatever else in the last two slots
A build that can work pretty well on all killers if you want to be jump scare/stealthy. Add Pentimento into the mix to relight broken Plaything totems if you want.
Mass Hysteria
Dark Devotion + Fearmonger + Play With Your Food + Nemesis
A build centered around finding the obsession and hitting them to proc Dark Devotion. Nemesis helps with this if you really can't find them but yeah, all about transferring your TR to the obsession and then leaving the Obsession so you get a stack of PWYF and can go elsewhere to jump scare survivors. Fearmonger makes survivors on gens blind and exhausted so that they should be caught completely off guard when you do jump scare em.

There is a perk that I recommend when people ask for stuff like this.
Hex: take a break for your mental health.
At T1 is kinda bad because taking a break from a game you like is hard.
But at T2 you might feel like it is working.
If you get all stacks for it, you might come back feeling refreshed and might have fun again.

Freddy with furtive chase, make your choice, and dark devotion.
As soon as someone unhooks another survivor they become your obsession and become exposed. Hit them to gain dark devotion, hook them quickly and go about sneaking up on someone else. Rinse and repeat.
