Auric Cells Not Showing and No Response from Support

Hi All,

I am at abit of a loss, I got myself 6k worth of Auric Cells via steam nearly 4 weeks ago. I am getting no response from anyone in the support team, the chat bot doesn't work.

Is anyone aware of away I can escalate this issue? Steam wont do anything as they see the transaction complete so I have to go via BHVR but no one will help :-/

    I am presuming this is to do when the error 500 was happening for players earlier this month?

    If so, as pre the message on the top of the forum, this is an issue that's still being worked on - giving the Auric Cells back to all players that were affected by this problem. I appreciate that this is a long time to wait and I understand the frustration that you are clearly feeling but I'm afraid I do not have an ETA yet on when this will be fully resolved.

    How long have you been waiting on support response? I know end of last year they were having a massive amount of tickets and it took about 4-5 weeks for them to respond - but they did indeed respond then.

    No this was at the end of Jan, I had no error message or anything :-/

    I have had responses but they keep responding about Iri Shards, they have now confirmed they would look into the Auric Cells missing, but it has been 20+ days, no updates or responses to my requests. I have sent them the steam transactions and everything :-/
