I think I'm in love with The Artist. Any tips?

Haven't touched killer much lately but decided to buy Artist tonight. I fell in love. Any tips? Best perks, add ons for her?

    Rather than perks and addons I'll offer a gameplay tip. If you like going for predictive bird shots, learn to shoot only one bird at a time, then you can recharge and shoot again before survivors could get the bird off and if you predict movement well get some sick hits. Severed hands does work well with this playstyle.

    Also, if you know for a fact where someone is (say for example you're using Lethal Pursuer) if you aim a bird at them and walk about 16 or so meters in the direction of them and place another bird you can hit them with the first bird and injure them with the second fairly frequently.

    ^^ 1 bird shots are easily the strongest for chases and if you get god at them shes basically uncounterable

    Get ready to look at your cooldown bar 90% of the time because of survivors holding w and not allowing you to use your power

    hands are great (the addon), and all the stealth ones rock.

    pentimento/plaything/(ruin/devour) is an absolutely evil combo.


    make sure not to spam birds, since they give away your position.

    I recommend using 3 birds on the furthest 3 gens right as the match starts.

    To add to that last bit, make sure to wait a few seconds before firing though. Survivors won't be on the gens straight away, meaning that firing them immediately would leave you with no intel despite them being there.

    I can tell you actually play her. Some of the other "advice" is really strange when the whole point of her power is to force survivors to hold w.


    You block a loop and chase them as they run to the next tile. If you are aiming birds at survivors... You are doing something wrong. Or going for the achievement/daily, I suppose. Fair enough in that case.
