Sadako condemned mechanic could have been interesting IF
For each condemned stack a survivor has, a debuff is given.
1 stack = Killer Instinct appears to The Onryo when near the TV she comes out of.
2 stacks = Survivor becomes Blind
3 stacks = Survivor becomes Oblivious
4 stacks = Survivor becomes Hindered
5 stacks = Survivor becomes Exhausted
6 stacks = Survivor becomes Exposed
7 stacks = Survivor can be killed
Additionally, TVs can turn back on faster relative to nearby generator progress. More progress means the TV will turn back on sooner.

Imo this would make her broken and would also force survivors away from doing gens to where they can't do them at all.
She would have way too much pressure on survivors (greater than Omega blink nurse).
While I understand your concerns for her condem mechanics, I think it was poorly executed, while also being a band aid fix for the devs refusing to give survivors a obj prior to gens

The devs won't ever do that because it's way too many debuffs being stacked and would be really overwhelming for new players.
I personally think they just need to tweak the values:
2 stacks of condemned gained when the Onryo emerges from a TV
A stacks of condemned is gained for every 25 seconds a survivor holds a tape.
A survivor loses 3 stacks of condemned from entering a tape into the proper TV.
All three would probably be a bit much but if they went with any combinatiin of 2 out of the 3 I think that would put condemned in a better spot.

From what I've heard it's just to slow to build up like you have to active ignore it or go out your way to actually end up Condemned.
I like your ideas it will make it more of a treat not the last gen pops and oh I'm Condemned better grab a tape. I'm a ps5 user so I haven't got to play her but I've seen a bit and while her map pressure is insane the almost no chase potential combined with the whatever Condemned grows. I'm worried she'll be everywhere the first week and then she will be a rarity. So much about her seems so cool I would hate to see her become like 90% of the rest.

I think the problem is that, there is no in between, if killing the only ability, its impossible to balance, its either op or useless gimmick, and thats the case here.
She is a demo/freddy/wraith/pig mix, taken the worst part from them.
Wraith has better invisibility and he has help in chase.
Pig has better slowdown, and more reliable to kill, which still very unlikely.
Freddy has better teleport, its always on gens, while Sadako Tvs can be random and useless, also Freddy has something to help in chase.
Demo while has to place teleport he can place it anywhere making much better than Sadako random tvs, and once again at least demo has shred to help him in chase.
Sadako has nothing, sorry she inferior in every way, what will happen, you will see her a week then never again, her design and art incredible, but she is just a m1 killer without any power to help her in chases, and her slowdown can be ignored. She is almost legion tier

I can’t speak to that exact list but overall I think stacking conditions would be cool. 🙂 That said, it would also be harder to program than just changing the numerical parameters of the current ability.
I think a more easily implemented buff to Sadako that addresses a lot of the posted concerns is to reduce the TV cooldown timer to, say, 30 or 45 seconds. That would not only mean she probably always has televisions available to teleport to but it would allow her to potentially up to double the number of stacks of Condemned she generates in a match by teleporting more frequently. And it would mean survivors who do try to keep the TVs turned off would have to do it twice as often so again would be pulled off gens that much more often and also would be building up their stacks more quickly. It even helps her a bit on the chase aspect since teleporting gives her a speed boost. Basically adjusting that one parameter can boost multiple parts of her kit.

Condemned builds up far too slowly. IMHO, when holding a tape and interacting with objects such as totems, generators or healing oneself or other survivors the survivor should accumulate condemned at 3 - 4x the current rate. That would make taking out the tape from the TV near a gen and working on the generator a really risky move. Right now, it can almost be ignored for the entirety of the match. Most matches as survivor on the PTB I didn't get rid of my condemned once, and escaped the trial without ever taking care of it. That's pretty pathetic.

7 stacks It should make a survivor move slow down and instant down in one hit.

7 stacks should just kill them. Flat out. The fact you have to drop everything, run to the survivor, and then win a chase all before he just goes and removes the7 stack condemn, makes it totally useless EVEN IF you get a condemn. And if they already got hooked twice, it's not really doing anything more special than a normal mori would, since you have to down them.
If that's too much then at the very least it needs to expose the survivor, and they shouldn't be able to just immediately run and clear it. They should be exposed AND risk dying for at least X amount of time.

I think we should try with Unable to decrease stack once reach to 7. It would add more threat and force survivors to start seeking TV at 4 stacks. Otherwise, reach to 7 stacks feel too safe to do Gen when you know Sadako is chasing someone else., since you can still decrease the stack after finish the Gen.
