Question. I got the game on Steam just now to get the demogorgon.
I linked my steam and epic accounts together, mainly have played epic first.
Will people think I cheated progress if the achievements carried from that game appear as if I earned them all at once?

I had someone convinced I was cheating because I had Kate wearing her cowgirl getup, and apparently that's a cosmetic only cheaters use.
Moral of the story? Don't worry about it, if it's not your achievements, then it'll be something else that gives those poor unfortunate souls something to turn to and accuse the match of not being fair.

The achievements dont get carried, just everything else does

As @emodeshort said above, achievements do not carry from one platform to another - so you have no worries about your achievements unlocking at the same time...achievements are platform specific.
