its been 20 days since my last support ticket response if there's anyway to contact them can someone please link me to it or get a mod I just want my characters back they disappeared for no reason and I need help nothing seems to be working I love this game and want to keep playing but I might have to stop out of pure frustration

    Ticket response times can be dependent on the issue at hand. Currently with the auric cell issue as well as the Leatherface shards issue, wait times for more involved tickets can be a bit longer than we would like I'm afraid. I'm very sorry that you've had to wait but I can assure you that Support will get to your ticket and will offer assistance.
