I feel like all I ever hear is "I wish I saw more Twins" or "I've never played against them" the "unfun" aspect of potentially slugging with Victor is also completely countered by circle of healing which is in most games nowadays. I personally love playing against them as it requires me to use a different playstyle compared to most other killers.

Played against them multiple times and would like to see them more than once every 3 month or so.

I'd play as them more, but Victor is just so poorly implemented.
-Can't land on top of anything
-Survivors can kidnap him
-You can't willingly summon him back
-He can't stop someone from going through the exit gate if they're already injured (I think)
Admittedly I haven't played as them very much but it's for these reasons that I've been prioritizing learning Michael and Ghost Face instead. If they're so difficult to balance then I think they should rework them. Also, having them stand around is just weird and seems like a bit of a cop-out.

Twins have been completely left in the dust. I don't know why they were considered top 3-4 killers before CoH, but they definitely aren't that now. I do think the stats back us up in this case. You need to play Twins at an extremely high level to do well with them. All the fov techs survivors can do, and Victor having a ludicrously inconsistent hitbox, and there being a lengthy animation, cooldown, or kickable state every time you do anything, absolutely kills this killer. The hitbox part to me is the most infuriating of all. Here's how a match of mine with Twins goes:
Survivors are taken by surprise by Victor and give a bunch of injures at the start. I hardly ever miss them. Then suddenly I guess I'm just a bad Twins player and I lose the game. No, what happened was the survivors started twitching left or right, or abusing Victor's fov, making it almost impossible to hit them. His hitbox is so poor, they just recognized that they could abuse it and get a free win.
Demogorgon's shred is similar to this, where your attack literally stops right in front of the survivors or you slide past them instead of hitting them. You were dead-on, but the game told you "no, you don't get this hit". It is so random and infuriating.

No joke I love dodging the Victor so much that me and my friend didn't do gens for the whole game and no joke one guy who was Bill did all the gens that one match lol
We even made the joke of while we was goofing around with Victor that Bill was playing gen simulator and saved everyone from Victor's tyranny

I only played against them once and sadly they dced shortly after start because it was Hawkins and I have never seen a Twins player have any fun in Hawkins when it was in rotation.

I actually can’t wait to play against more twins in the next tome. It might actually not be boring compared to the 30 pig games.

Twins are easy to play against lmao. I have only been slugged once against them but that was because my team was trying to sabotage and get flashlight saves. It’s fine tho. Still better than pig. But always remember, “ THEY ARE MONSTERS AT HIGH MMR”😂

The "unfun" excuse is really wearing out its welcome. I get it devs cant balance for crap but a lot of these concepts are exploring new grounds. We should be embracing and accomodating these new gameplay styles so they add more zest to our dbd games. If you play to the same loop stealth mechanics your gonna run out of ideas.
Add more tools to the survivor role or add more counterplay. Embracing the nerf to uselessesness methodology homogenise the game and makes it boring. Coming back to fix them when the killers already got the stink of awful puts them in the same postion as killers like hag and plague.

They need a complete rework tbh. They’re extremely clunky to play and they’re miserable to go against in solos.

They are. Watch some tournaments and you will see some very good Twins. They're not Blight-level and they have counterplay but it needs a very organized team. Those Twins players win 9/10 of their pub matches.
EDIT: forgot about boons because i don't play them, but yeah they hurt them

IMO his hitboxes are big and it makes Victor nearly undodgeable if the killer knows what hes doing.
I've scrimmed against Comp Twins and they do fine most of the time. They have problems with the new boon meta but those are forbidden in most tournaments.

I really really doubt that. The "Only slugged once". Twins are out for so long and their playstyle is slugging.

Listen my opinion really means nothing lmao and I’ll tell you why. Twins are good but I don’t struggle against them. Clown on the other hand gives me a lot of trouble to play against😂 more than blight twins or pyramid head. Idk spirit and clown give me the most amount of trouble. The fact that I struggle playing against clown speaks for itself Lmao

And how many of those tournaments banned CoH, the perk that completely shuts the Twins down? We really shouldn't use tournaments as examples for the games balancing.

i have had one unfun game against twins in my life and it was because i was not swfing. against soloq when you get people who have no clue what to do against twins, yah they're pretty miserable. nobody actually knows how to play vs them lol. swfing against them is very very fun.

Victor isn't a character, he's a controllable hatchet hitbox that runs around the map.

On the flip side of the coin, even a good SWF in a public match is half as optimized as a good tournament team. The devs have already nerfed Twins add ons because of their performance at high MMR. They're very much a macro/decision based killer, which is where a lot of killers seem to struggle.

Here's to hoping the Twins rift will come with some love for the most tragic killers in dbd, both lore-wise and literally.

If anything, twins deserve to be removed from the game. Designing a killer that benefits from bad ping more than huntress was a challenge, but devs managed to do it.
Twins shouldn't be playable in pubs if killer ping is higher than 80ms.
