DLC exclusive…. Welp
No new map and no DLC exclusive cosmetic other than an uncommon yellow charm that does nothing but dangle in 2D. So disappointed with this DLC as I just watched the ringu before this chapter was announced and leaked so I thought by some synchronous alignment with the universe that this licensed DLC would be amazing. So disappointed.

hour of the witch, all kill, chains of hate, binding of kin, portrait of murder, descend beyond all had free exclusive survivor cosmetics so you’re wrong about a couple of those pal. The licensed chapters come with exclusive, universal charms. They literally could have just given us the cosmetics that were released with the DLC today, though. It’s just greed.

Wait so you're mad that Ringu is following the pre-established convention of more recent licenced chapters? And because of this you want 2500 cells (worth ~£50) worth of skins?

Or at the very least a new map, when this licensed chapter presents a viable option for one that would be SO easy to visualize and program.

We already knew there wouldn't be one as soon as they revealed Eyerie bc they said in the Anniversary stream that they were doing 2 new maps for Year 5

Even if there was a new map this chapter it would be free for everybody, you never actually pay to unlock a map.

I already know that about Maps @dugman & @GoodBoyKaru it does not change the fact that they could. This DLC is just a lame addition to the game when it could have been so much better. Also they just made Sadako into a mutt killer because she is just a mashed potato version of multiple existing killers.

dawg she is a pretty well designed killer. Her animations are spot on, the work done with her was great and this was honestly one of the best ways they could've done this chapter for her especially considering how she isn't slasher related at all and still works fantastic in the cast. Also she still isn't even among the worst of the killers lol sorry you didn't get a cheap little recolor I guess?

I'm pretty disappointed there was no new map with this chapter. So many things they could've done with one too. The Resident Evil chapter came with the coolest map in the game. Content is important. The new killer is scarier than most to play against though I think some of her perks are OP.
