My reason as to why Borrowed Time should not be base kit

Let's be honest here we all hate being tunneled and having borrowed time base kit sounds like a great idea, right? Personally, I disagree. My reason being is that bt is a perk which requires a perk slot to be used. Now that perk slot becomes free and usable for something else sense bt is now base kit. Now that perk slot can be used for a boon for example. This gives survivors a huge advantage sense they will now have five perks instead of four. As for killer they will get nothing. The only way I could find this fair at all is if corrupt intervention became base kit. If I made any perk base kit it would probably be kinship because this punishes killer severely for camping as it gives a whole 34 seconds of hook time. Also, I would switch instead of other survivors activating it, it would be activated by the killer if they were to close. I'd like to know y'all thoughts on this as well. This is just my opinion and nothing more.
