[PC] Cannot purchase cosmetics with irishards

I cannot purchase any of the on-sale cosmetics with Irishards, doing so simply results in a purchase failed message.

Due to a bug, discounts purchasable with Iridescent Shards has been stopped until the issue is resolved.

  Same issue on ps5 as well. Keep getting purchase failed notification.
