Legion buff
How would you buff the Legion?
I'd start with:
- Let him see scratch marks again in frenzy
- Reduce cooldown and fatigue
- Performing a basic attack no longer depletes the power gauge
- Give him a 0.2 m/s boost after every frenzy slash
Then perhaps consider giving a "CTRL" ability that charges after several successful frenzy hits (like trickster main event), something to help him down an injured survivor, perhaps something with a faster vault, since he is all about vaulting.
Also it would be nice having a better addon, like something to trigger killer instinct (with reduced radius) in frenzy even before hitting someone in frenzy, perhaps deactivating scratch marks while in frenzy, or having a requirement, like missing a feral slash outside a chase, but without going directly to frenzy cooldown (but with its own brief cooldown to prevent spamming).

I just think he needs the Clown treatment, give him something on top of his kit like how Clown got the piss bottles.

I would be super happy if all that was done was you can see scratch marks during frenzy and basic attacks no longer deplete power gauge. Both of those would be a huge game changer

Imo I think legion just needs a few changes like removing the basic attack cool down and reducing the fatigue cool down. Then they need to make the mending timer go down while mending so people can't work on a gen with dw or make dw give the incapacitated status.
COH needs to be changed too. COH makes legion powerless

messing with dw could create some abusable situations, I think... but incapacitated is interesting, maybe it could be an addon

The reason why I think mending should be changed is right now you can work on a gen until your mending meter is almost empty then mend.

For me Legion is the same spot as the Twins. People greatly underestimate this killer's ability, when in competent hands, he has an ability to slug insanely playing in the dirtiest way possible, because he basically uses frenezy and instinct to go on survivors once by once, and it's not like buffing him people would stop doing that.
I would even accept buff his powers, but revealing people with frenezy/instinct has to be at least removed.

Legion is fine. Just fix their addons andet them see scratch marks in frenzy and that's all they need

I think buffing Deep Wounds itself could be a good way to go. It feels like it’s maybe just not quite scary enough of a condition in practice. Consider how many survivors, for example, go out of their way to bodyblock while they have Borrowed Time up. Tweaking Deep Wounds a bit to make it slightly more formidable such that survivors actually take more of a pause before considering being hit with a Deep Wound would not only help Legion but also help any other perk or add-on or ability that uses it.
