Sadako's lullaby
It needs to go. Survivors take of as soon as they hear it and it ruins most her steath.

I do agree. She isn't Huntress with a ranged attack who could mow down survivors in ten seconds without a lullaby. She's not even Freddy with any antiloop potential at all. She's a stealth killer with no effective stealth. You already hear sound effects and see visuals when she's spawning near you. I don't have a problem with her being semi-visible when demanifested, but at least let her stealth function the tiniest bit as stealth.
Also, Condemnation doesn't affect gameplay at all. I'm not saying it needs to kill lots of survivors all the time, but it's also not even comparable to RBTs where the survivor doesn't have any choice in the matter whether or not they have to deal with. I'm fine with the small amount that gets added when Projection is used (it could use a small area buff), but it needs to accumulate very quickly if someone is running around turning off tapes, because that severely limits the killer's mobility (only great thing about her right now, since she doesn't actually have stealth), and it's an opt-in situation. Nobody is forcing survivors who accumulate Condemnation, so it should build up fast if they choose to do so.

Her lullaby is fine. It does not directly tell survivor where you are. So they can run to you panicky.
Wraith has not any lullaby, 100% stealth. But uncloacking takes longer and gives chance to survivor run to vault or pallet. Myers is slow and small lunge at T1 but 100% stealth. Pig can not hit directly while she crounching. Ghostface has long cool-down on his power and no mobility.
Sadako is better than all of them. She is like old Freddy for me. I am using her powers for mindgame survivors, they are confusing and giving me free hits.

I'll point out that Michael can be 100% stealth with full lunge and speed even at T2 if you use M&A+DR combo, and can also see through walls if you combine those with vanity mirror. Ghostface's stealth is also 100% with full attack power as well. You can turn it off, yeah, but that only works once his stealth has already stopped functioning as stealth.
It's not like stealth is a new mechanic.

If you continue to hear the lullaby, you are running towards Sadako (or else she is running towards you in a straight line despite being out of line-of-sight instead of kicking the gen you ran from or search the area for you, which is unlikely). If you no longer hear the lullaby, you are running away from Sadako.
Her flickering doesn't add anything to her stealth. If you're looking in her direction for more than a second, you know where she is, and you can loop her as usual in a chase. All that's fine, but the lullaby ruins her stealth.

I dont think lullaby ruins her stealth, sadako could be coming from any direction with a tv there's no guarantee you'll not get caught out if you just run without confirming where she is.
Getting a 1st hit on a survivor doesnt seem to be an issue across the games i've been playing as her for the past few days.

She could be coming towards you in one of four directions, and if you choose any of the other three, you have a good chance of getting away. 25% chance that you run in her direction, and you're also missing the point in that it's not really any different than a normal terror radius.

I agree with all your points. But that being said, IF the devs determine she still needs a buff then removing the lullaby would be a decent one to consider.

I think the lullaby is unnecessary however I’m pretty confident it’s there to help balance her for lower MMR so we don’t have another Wee Bit OP situation.

I actually wanna shorter cool-down for her teleport. It is so fun to use her power for mind-games, map control. I am chasing survivor and then middle of chase, i am teleporting. Stopping gen, taking one hit and then turning back. Nurse's Calling shows me if one of them healing. Taking down. Hooking and teleporting again. But cool-down is really so long, it should be 60 seconds.

Yeah, I'm also behind a shorter refresh on the TVs turning back on. But I certainly wouldn't complain if the lullaby went away instead or in addition to that.

I would like to see condemnation much much faster and used more as a stall mechanic and not a kill mechanic, similair to pinheads chains. Have it do something that forces survivors to interact with the tv's such as can't vault because of brain freeze or something, i don't know.

The fixed camera on teleport needs to go as well, by the time its tunnel vision is finished they've already gone.

You know 24 meters is still like 5-6 tell the killer makes it to where the survivor is at.

She has a lullaby? I've only ever heard her chase music and when she teleports or starts phasing(when she's close to you). Otherwise, she just pops up out of nowhere. She's gotten so many free hits on me because there's no terror radius or anything. I'm aware she has the oblivious addon, but I honestly wondered what good it was because I can't notice a difference. I honestly dig it especially when you can't see the TV from the gen your're working on. "Do I stay on this gen in case she didn't teleport to the closest tv, or do I start running". Sure, remove her lullaby. I don't think I've ever heard it anyway. The surprise is fun. Or maybe even make the oblivious addon her basekit.
