Does anyone enjoy "bad" killers?
This was the question that finally made me create an account.
But in all seriousness I enjoy playing as the Clown, Trickster, Trapper, Ghostface, Legion, Doctor and Wraith. I have played every killer in the game and these guys are my favorite to play. Don't get me wrong, I know it is possible to 4k as them but it isn't as easy if you were to play as a good Nurse, Blight or Spirit. I have played those 3 killers and I don't enjoy their mechanics. When I hear a glass bottle shattering and or see some bear traps in my survior games I am excited because it's not a Huntress, Nurse or Spirit. Variety I love when it comes to perk builds, add-ons, items, killers and survivors.

I wish I could enjoy playing them without thinking I don't stand a chance against current survivor meta to get at least 1 kill without boring myself.

If I don't hear a blight, nurse or huntress I know it's going to be an easy game with 5 gens done within minutes.
Unless trappers traps don't render which happens a lot for me, they don't render at all sometimes.

I’d rather play blight spirit and nurse over the killers you mentioned except for huntress I hate her so much

Hey I hate Huntress too, I faced 4 of them in a row last night. But if you like playing those killers power to ya. I just can't keep up with their mechanics. Also I don't play with headphones.

My "bad" killer rn is Sadako (and Wraith and Speed Limiter Bubba but to a lesser degree). I love her playstyle and power and she feels so refreshing to play, I absolutely adore her and cannot express this enough. I think she's a lot better than people give her credit for (though nowhere near strong lmao) and I love her to death already.
Delete COH tho and she'll be substantially better.

All the fun killers are literally the weakest.
Despite their lack of mobility or any threat of danger I do still enjoy them.

Boon Healing is an issue for many killers, especially legion. But I think there will be a helpful rework coming.

Not only will Sadako be better if CoH was nerfed, the whole game would be better. 3-Genning wouldn't be as bad, Hit N Run will get revived, tunneling probably won't be as common either

I still do have a soft spot of for legion and pig, but then you get those games on the Eyrie and everyone has DH.

I costed my team a game because I wasn’t wearing headphones once lmao. But yeah blight is fun and has good chase music. Spirit is cool now but she still give me so much trouble and nurse is fine too.

Not sure about the tunneling point (like yeah people would feel like they wouldn't have to but they probably would anyway just because of how effective it is, leading to the resurgence of DS into the meta again because the perk goes through phases of being used by all 4 survivors every trial to being used once a month) but honestly I think healing needs another look at across the board. But nuking COH from low earth orbit is a good place to start.

I enjoy some killers that are perceived as weaker. I don't necessarily enjoy bad killers so much as I enjoy killers that I personally believe are underrated. Trickster is 1000% underrated if you're on PC and can aim, so he's fun to me. And I've never really run into the difficulties with stalking on Ghostface that people claim. But I dislike Sadako quite a bit because she's straight up bad IMO.

A lot of people consider Mikey "bad" and he's been my main for 4 years. I love him. Never get tired of playing him.

As much as I love tier lists, no killer is actually lower than B tier in viability. The weaker killers are only comparatively weaker and can absolutely win trials.
Theres also a thrill in winning a trial with a ‘weak’ killer. Like people think you can’t win with Hillbilly. Ta-da.

I love me some Trapper. I don't care that he is considered weak, he is fun for me. And throw on some nasty add ons and you can have a lot of fun!!!

Trapper with any of the add-ons Iri Stone, Tension Spring and/or Bloody Coil is fun. Otherwise, I only really enjoy Trapper on Swamp since it's really hard to see the traps. Trapper really needs workable camouflage and/or something to either reset traps or discourage survivors from disarming traps

I just enjoy the more difficult aspects of the game is all. This is why I don't play much Nurse, Blight, Spirit, or SWF as IMO that is casual mode DBD. If you are out here losing a lot playing any of those lets just say yikes.
Solo survivor, Pig, Clown, trapper, Ghostface, Mike, Sadako (not convinced she weak yet), Freddy, etc are my most played by far. I win much more than not in all these roles.....Yes solo survivor included.

I like the Pig... She's versatile to an extent... But she has one of the highest Kill rates
Her Stealth is weak... but she has it
Her Dash Attack is weak... but she has it
Her game slowdown is weak... but she has it
She can use multiple addons... but she has some that are "necessary"

I not only enjoy playing "bad" killers, I like playing killers I'm bad at playing. The dailies and challenges taught me that it's kinda fun to switch it up, even when hopeless.

I've mained Pig for almost as long as I've been playing the game, so I guess that counts. :P

In terms of what playstyles I like the most, I don’t like range attackers as much as the melee killers so I’m not all that fond of Huntress, Deathslinger, Plague and Trickster. The only killer I refuse to play though is Nurse because I can’t stand staring at the ground half the match.
My favorite killers are Doctor for his tracking (plus he’s good at loops), Freddy because he has a cool aesthetic, and stealth killers because ambushing survivors is fun. 🙂 Sadako is becoming one of my favorites now since she combines great stealth with teleporting to scout along with a cool look. I’m having more fun and even am doing a bit better with her than Wraith since going in and out of her stealth is so fluid in comparison.

Trapper is in my top 3 most played. I like to set up a minefield around a good 3 gen.. The sound of two more more survivors stepping into my traps in quick succession is highly satisfying.

Everyone has different killers they enjoy.
Im not fussed on random charge about killers, i prefer control so im a Huntress main, i dont play much else, But i find Oni pretty fun, his dash has more control than the others so i don't mind him and that Kanabo is just godlike.
But i play 95% Huntress, ill barely even do a daily for other killers.

Good attitude to have. Mikey is very versatile killer, only a lack of mobility hampers him at times. But he's solid.

I really enjoy trapper he is super easy to play just be smart with trap setting and boy is it rewarding when they get catch

Clown is my favorite one along with Wraith.
With Clown I adore to go with "hit or miss" builds with my favorite one being full Hexes (Ruin, Undying, Retribution + Haunted) which is pretty fun and feels thrilling most of the times.
I also like Wraith because I go for builds that favor chasing multiple players at the same time, since I rather change targets midchase when it seems viable than always focusing on a single survivor all the time and his extra speed and some of his addons also favor that playstyle.

One example. Pig's stealth does have some unique qualities, but is generally agreed upon to be comparatively weak. Nonetheless, I love getting gen grabs with Pig especially. The whole line of sight blocker approach, uncrouch (hopefully using the audio occlusion of the blockers to mask breathing/the blade noise), run in quick before losing undetectable or they see you and let go of the gen routine is just particularly satisfying when it works. It's "bad" because you can't do that reliably (or at all if the set up isn't right), but it's fun!

This! The killers I main are- Legion, Pig, Pinhead (he isn't that bad) and Sadako. They are wayyy more fun to play than the stronger killers in my opinion.

Doctor is bad? I mean he's not ever going to be a comp killer, but I don't think he is bad by any means.
But to the question, I enjoy all killers, and feel that there are only a couple that are just so limited by design that competing against even decent survs is a challenge (mostly looking at you Legion). I don't much care for playing Clown either, as he is just kind of boring.
Pretty much all the other killers you can play in a fun way (Myers for example is a weak killer who can be a blast to use), so long as you aren't going against a bully squad. I won't use these killers if I am trying to win games, chasing grade just before the 13th, or feeling spicy, but nearly all the killers can be fun.
Honestly, the killers I enjoy the least are probably ones widely considered to be strong: Nurse, Blight, Twins.

I like to play pig and does not matter what everyone says about pig shes my fav its fun to put Reverse bear traps when they are only 1 gen away : )

"Bad" killers can be fun my favorite killer is Myers. The problem is that good survivors will normally just play really efficient by w keying to a strong loop and they have no way to deal with either.

Trapper was my first killer and he's always fun to play, although given the sheet I get every match as Oni, I don't fancy trying Trapper anytime soon. Ghostface is the same story, good fun but easilly bullied on certain maps.

For the killer side, I main Nurse.
Yet I also absolutely enjoy Wraith, Huntress, Myers, Hag (before she was bugged into uselessness), Doctor, Leatherface, Plague, Demogorgon, Deathslinger, Executioner, Nemesis and Cenobite. I don't think Trickster, Doctor and Wraith are weak btw, just not very good.
The killers not on this list I don't enjoy or I loathe (Twins).
Trapper can be fun, sometimes, but it's mostly a PITA.

I really enjoy Myers and Wraith, but I'll admit that this is contingent on me getting the right map/survivors. A sweatsquad on Badham...I may as well just AFK.
I...want to enjoy Pig and Onryo, but it's just so hard.
I'm currently learning Ghostface. He isn't bad, he's just really janky.

Yes, cause of variety, to finish all their good addons before Prestige, for tome amd daylys and cause they are fun to play.

I just got Artist and I'm loving her. I'm trying her powers in different ways that most expect her to use them like during a chase and firing crows ahead of the Survivor to trick them to come to me or place them behind a wall and loop around forcing them back into a trap I laid. It's rather fun

I'm still levelling her from p3 but back on p2 I had Corrupt BBQ Pop Enduring and it was working very well.
Goals for my build is probably Enduring Sloppy PGTW BBQ or something of the sorts (when I wanna use the better build I'd take off BBQ ofc)
