Dead Man's Switch - BUG - activating while working on gen.

Quite simple. Every match now while I am working on a gen once a survivor is hooked the gen is automatically blocked by DMS. I am absolutely certain of this, and that is not the matching description of how the perk is meant to operate.
• Platform: PC
• How often does this occur: every time DMS is used.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): One player be placed onto hook while another is in repair process of a gen WITHOUT stopping. Very easy to replicate.

- Are there other Survivors working with you that let go?
- Is the Killer using something like Eruption or Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance; something that would force you to let go of the gen?
Not answers per say, it may be legit bugged, but I'm just trying to cross out some options..

The only reason to use DMS is with pain resonance, is that perk being used by the killers?
