Ds skill check becoming wiggle bar and not counting

I went back to replay my video thinking maybe I missed my ds, but no, I had hit it but the game immediately had it turn into the wiggle icon and I didn’t get the stun. (It also made the noise you get when you hit a successful skill check.) Has anyone else had this problem? This has happened to me a few times already. It’s really annoying when you’re getting hard tunnelled out the game and your only hope gets glitched away 🥲🥲🥲. Noed face camper wins again.

    I have similar. I hit skill check and after this wiggle skill check started. I thought i failed but after a second killer stunned and i was free.
