Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Overcome not activating with endurance
Lately been using Overcome and for some reason getting hit with the endurance effect from either borrow time or using the styptic agent doesn't activate the perk while not exhausted. it used to work and on the dbd wiki it's also written that it works with the endurance effect, might be a bug or something that got changed and i didn't saw.

This is intentional. You aren’t going from Healthy to Injured.

It activating with endurance was the bug supposedly, it must've got fixed
In the above thread Mandy talks about Overcome is only supposed to trigger when a health state is lost, I imagine that only applies to going from healthy to injured.

From the patch notes of the main Chapter release.
Overcome is supposed to only trigger when you lose a health state - so from healthy to injured, which is not the case for the Endurance status effect.

We discussed this bug with you earlier, does this fix apply to legion strikes in Feral Frenzy and infection of the wounded with a tentacle?
According to the fix, it is clear that it only fixes the "Endurance" bug, and does not make the perk work from the loss of health stages
