Who is the worst killer?
Imo it must be Trapper. The only killer that can have 0 power all game if you play againts SWF or good Survivors. He also has the most counterplay probably out of any killers. He needs to waste his time to set up traps that might do nothing all game or disarmed easy, they can dead hard it, hug wall even sometimes, etc. Without his strong expensive addons he is easy to bully and even with them he is weak.

Hard to say because you have to take maps, add ons and perks into account.
I would day it's someone out of Trapper, Legion or maybe Clown.

It's definitely not Trapper anymore, though he is always going to be on the weaker end just because of how his power works.
For my money, it's been Clown for a fair while. Both aspects of his power primarily do the same thing- shorten certain loops, if the pallet isn't pre-dropped. Outside of that, he has no power at all, and what he does - while decent - isn't exactly the strongest thing in the game.
There is a strong argument for Legion since their counterplay is laughably easy, but imo their power does enough stuff that it still ends up being slightly better than Clown. They have tracking, mobility, and slowdown built into their kit- none of it is very strong, but it's more than Clown can boast.

I'd would say clown. Trapper is weak but can get a good set up that can lead to a snowball effect. Legion i feel like has some sort of pressure by forcing survivors to mend and injuring quickly. Clown.....really doesn't have anything going for him, just a moderate anti loop with a slight speed increase

I think the worst Killer is either Hag or Ghostface. Hag against Survivors who know how to deal with her and Ghostface against anyone else.

Sadako she's useless, at least Trapper can clutch traps sometimes and get you a hook.

Base kit and no add ONS I'd say legion, his power is literally borrowed time and to top it off he's so weak he can't even camp efficiently even if you wanted to play that tactic

Depends on the map, but in most cases probably clown or legion. On super open maps you could make an argument for ghostface imo since he’s basically an m1 killer if he can’t stealth effectively.

It's hard to say because there are many weak killers. If I had to pick one, it would be Ghostface. Clown, Legion and Trapper are also close.

I would personally say legion, at least with trapper, if you can hide your traps in like grass or corn, and they're in a good spot with no survivors watching, you WILL get them, lol

Trapper, pretty easily. By the time you set up traps, gens are flying. Unless you’re against a team of not so great or sweaty survivors, your only hope is pretty much always a three gen and that’s boring for everyone.

Killers that I don't play all that much.... Trapper, Bubba (for different reasons), Freddie (Survivors DC and stop playing the game when I play as Freddie), Oni (I'm not good at Oni)
I perform better with certain Killer just not them all
