Since Monday I've only seen 2 and that was 1 each day I haven't seen any today yet. She's fun to playbas and against so I thought she would still be around.

Thats not necessarily true the artist is good and she died off pretty fast. I've noticed that survivors have been hard w keying her and jumping off gens as soon as they hear her lullaby. I still find her fun she does need a few tweaks to her TV cooldowns though.

the less there are the less competition there is for me to be the 2nd best (she's so fun but ig everyone wants only wins which is tragic bc they are missing out)

Normally if a killer is challenging to use or isn't super busted on release most people don't really stick with them. As well as the fun factor for using their power. Sadako just teleports and goes spooky mode.

I waited a week to get back into DBd so that I'd have nicer Q times.

    worked like a charm.

also, what's the deal with that well charm?

I find her difficult to face (maybe because I play alone) and I always find her in my games, to me she seems strong, but I always see people saying she is weak, I think for the guys to find a strong killer he you have to blow up the map and kill all survs at the beginning of the game, heheheh, but swf and mmr must be the biggest obstacles for killers

Saw her a lot. And played some games with her.

Btw. i saw an Artist today!

I've been maining Sadako because she fits my playstyle. Quick warps across the map, 115% killer with some cheeky semi-stealth going on.

She's definitely not built to face 4 man SWF, but boy do I enjoy checking all generators on a whim until I find someone.

Just because something is fun doesn't mean us killers will play it because if a survivor says something is "fun" that is codeword for a weak killer.

She's about as strong as Ghostface or Trapper and relies entirely on a dead completley unviable playstyle. In other words she's awful. Get used to not seeing her.

See her all the time. I only had time for one game tonight and it was against her as well. So no, not even close to dead.

No one want to play weakest killer.

True, but it also doesn't render her completely useless. Most stealth killers have a sound indication of where they're at (Wraiths bell, Ghostfaces shroud sfx, Micheals breathing, Pigs footsteps). Just because they're stealthy doesn't mean they should have zero indication of where they might be. If they did they would have an even bigger advantage than they already do in places without good visibility (jungle gyms, inside maps). Stealth killers aren't suppose to be completely undetectable. They're just able to get closer with less warning, which when used right is very powerful.

Plus Sadako is extremely good at pressuring different sides of the map. Giving her a dedicated chase ability would take away a lot of what makes her playstyle unique and people would just spam her chase ability. She's not an A+ tier killer but she's also not completely helpless. You have to remember that she isn't a slasher. She's a curse. And her power is representative of that.

It's hard to say. There are a lot of killers in the game now so outside of the top popular spots it's kind of random who you'll see. After all, you'd have to play 27 games if you wanted to see each killer just one time which is a lot of games.

As even more killers get in you'll see less and less of everyone unless they're top tier and fun. Only top tier and they'll be like Artist/Hag where they're good but not played a lot. If they're fun but meh then they'll just join everyone else you see only once in a while due to the sheer number of possibilities.

As everyone has already made the obvious joke - she's just a bad killer, and as the novelty wears off people have just gone back to better killers.

If she gets the pretty hefty buff she needs, then I predict you'll see more of her.

If not, then she's going to be another Twins. Just a 'why did you make this killer this way, did you honestly not want people playing her?' killer.

She's my new goto M1 training killer with the added benefit of teleports. That's about it. I'm currently doing the break 55 walls challenge with her, on Giddeon.

She's easily countered. If you're having difficulty versing her run the following build. Boon - Circle of Healing, Spine Chill, Resilience, Dead hard and a brown medkit.

    • Circle of Healing will give your team the ability to heal themselves
    • Spine Chill will prevent you from getting snuck up on
    • Resilience is to get generators done faster and while in a chase you can reliably use Spine Chill + Resilience to safely medium vault
    • Dead Hard to protect you if you're caught out of position

You 99 percent your heal with CoH if you want to take advantage of Resilience on a generator and if you see spinechill activate you can then use a bit of the medkit to go full health. Even if you get caught unawares you'll be able to use Dead Hard in a tricky situation.

How to use video tapes: Use them all you want, you have no risk of getting condemned. You want to return your tape when you're almost at 4 bars of condemned. If you do your condemned will go down to zero. When you return a TV you turn off that TV, and you can usually turn off 1 or 2 more TVs safely. It's not even a time waste because you can do objectives like generators, healing, or unhooking while carrying the tape, if there's an objective along the way go ahead and do it. If you're full health and you're on death hook you can even let yourself get condemned to try to lure the Onryo off of a survivor that's being chased that's injured. If you're caught you'll die just like you would if you were caught , so if Onyro takes the bait this can easily win the game.

She doesn't bring anything new to the table. Her teleporting is frustrating, her condemned is useless, and she has no loop potential. Just a bundle of lackluster choices that the devs were afraid of taking in a stronger direction. I mean, at the very least, you'd think her TVs would face gens. That tiny speed boost you get is negated just by turning around. I'm not surprised so few people are playing her.

They really need to do something about condemned. Right now it might as well not exist. Her teleport is best thing she offers but you come out the tv and the boost is wasted trying to figure out where you are or facing. Considering she has nothing to really help in chase she needs a slowdown mechanic which is there just needs buffed to relevance.

Thanks for the tips, I'll train this, about the perks, I don't like it very much from the idea of needing a build to be able to play a game decently, a problem that DBD has is that sometimes we need perk to have at least a comfortable game, the ideal was for the game to be playable even without perks (just like VHS is, making a comparison) and the perks give a little help, and not make the player win games, as happens in DBD

She's popular on ps4/crossplay off. I see her pretty frequently. Last night played 6 matches and 3 were against her.

    She's a DLC killer that:

    1. Has a teleportation that's worse than Freddy's and that the survivors literally can turn off.
    2. Has no anti loop.
    3. Has a gimmick that doesn't do anything (condemned).
    4. Has invisibility that's worse than wraith.

There's literally nothing to this killer so why would anyone want to play her?
