My idea to regress the grind
Firstly I personally think that once you unlock the perks they'll all automatically be on every character at rank 3. I felt like I'm fine grinding the blood web for add-ons and offerings.
I think the rift should change to something that would increase the reward of blood points or shards.
And finally the removal of the blood point cap.
prestige 3 times should increase the add-ons and items
1. P1 double the add-ons once you spent points on.
2. P2 triple the add-ons
3. P3 increase the chances for greater offerings, add-ons, and items
It take around 600,000,000 (it's just a guess) blood points to P3 everyone and every perk on them.

Or just remove perk tiers all together. Bhvr have already said that it's a 'band aid fix' so they won't do it.
That's a really good idea, it doesn't limit the builds you have so you can play whatever survivor/killer with out worrying about what perks you are stuck with.
Personally I would like the prestige system altered. Revet all perks unlocked back just to level 1 but keep them so you don't get stuck with weird builds because the bloodweb is only giving you certain perks, I've p3 some of my survivors but I'm left with some odd combination of perks

I simply hate this grind, because I'm a type of person who loves playing with randomized perk builds
