A build for The Plague ?
With the game today (march 2022) and the meta i can play the lady ?

I ve seen peoole using hex: Plaything + Hex: Pentimento.Im more like of the plague with Thana skowdown.

My plague build is corrupt + thana + bbq + infectious
Other effective builds imho are those that rely on "stealth" by using plaything, tinkerer or other perks that prevent survivors from hearing your TR

One of my favorite builds is with the addon Prayer Tablet Fragment ( object infection speed doubles, but cant infect survivours directly) together with a infection duration addon.
Use with these perks:
Thanatophobia, slowdown for every injured.
Oppression, regression on mulltiple gens when kicking one. ( good when people dont commit to gens, alternative is ruin, but that isnt reliable half of the time.)
Then you want a terror radious suporessor, i switch it up between these:
Tinkerer, for awareness ans supprice attacks when people are broken on gens.
Hysteria, a little bit meme but procs sometimes for fun results when people become broken.
Trail of torment.
Last perk can be BBQ for extra bp and knowing where to go next. Or surveillance for controll.
Strats: when game starts puke on every gen and keep them infected.
If survivour commit to gens, they be go unhealty FAST, then you hunt them down while undetectable. If someone cleanse, they will be infected again soon as long as the gens gets puked on. And you can down them with curropt purge.
Beware, this strat can end up in hide and seek stalemates and super long games.
Still fun tho' and verry effective.

My personal favorite is Hex: Pentimento, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt, Thanatophobia, and Hex: Plaything. Slows down generators and makes totems take an eternity, but has a big weakness in that it doesn't do much in the early game. But if you can get it going it becomes very difficult to deal with. If you want more early game slowdown you can replace thrill with ruin at the cost of survivors spending less time on totems later.
Another classic is Hex: Ruin, Hex: Undying, Discordance, and then either Hex: Retribution or Infectious Fright. (Don't use infectious and retribution together though; survivors who are oblivious will be immune to infectious, so pick one or the other.)
Someone else already mentioned Infectious, thana, BBQ, and corrupt which I've also used before and I can confirm that's a solid choice as well.

I've had a lot of luck using lethal pursuer on Plague. Getting people infected early helps to keep them off gens if they cleanse or spread the infection if they don't. You also get your corrupt purge much sooner.

Two builds that work really well for me:
Plaything + Pentimento + Thana + BBQ - will force people to run around and encourage them to cleanse. BBQ helps you find your next chase and also helps her terrible BP gains.
Pain Resonance + Dead Man's Switch + Discordance + Thana - PR kicks people off gen, DMS blocks it. They'll often double up on another gen so Discordance will let you find them. If you keep your tempo up, this build is absolute chaos.

I like Corrupt/PGTW/Bamboozle/BBQ with an apple add on and another add on of your choice
Take Thana if you don't want Bamboozle. They're both going to do the same thing: force survivors to cleanse. They aren't going to stay injured all game against a 115 killer with Bamboozle and two Corrupt pools. Thana is the alternative if you aren't confident in your M1 skills.
Plague is a monster. Have fun!

Bbq and thana are very importants if i understand. I like it.

Thana and Corrupt I. are the 2 best perks for her imo. Corrupt blocks 3 far gens then you start the match by vomiting on the 4 gens that aren't block. So the survivors are either forced to not even touch a gen for 1-2 min, more if you got the increase infection duration add ons or touch gens and get infected. Thana forces them to decide to have either the slow repair progress or let you have the red power. Which you should be often claiming, but don't go out of your way of it's not nearby.
Other 2 perks are free. My picks I like BBQ, and a gen regress perk scourge hook PR.
