Does anyone have suggestions for this achievement?

So, some background. In December for Christmas I was given a PS5 and I decided to get dbd on it. So far, I've gotten a pretty good chunk of the achievements and have completed 152 out of the available 191 on Playstation. So I was wondering, how does anyone propose I got about the Left For Dead achievement. I don't understand how the developers expect this challenge to be done without the killer just being an extreme level chill, but only chill towards you. The hatch is currently too big a factor for this achievement to be possible. If the killer is to close the hatch, they're going to do so before giving you the chance to power the last gen. Even at that, one generator has to be left for this to be possible. I seriously don't understand how the devs expect this to be done. I only know one person who's gotten this achievement after the hatch change and they can't remember how they did it. I need help.

Uhm. Let’s say I am very glad I got it before the change.

what could help: swf, you get 4 gens done and 99 the last one and they let themselves get killed? Then you pop the last gen and get on a gate with Wake Up!

maybe even use a hatch offering so the killer thinks you would still go to that spot

idk. That achievement is really stupid now.

When I have one survivor left with only one or two gens left I let them do the achievement instead of doing hatch if they want to.

Other than that, no idea. In one game (but only one game) I almost got it. The last gen was at 95% when the second last survivor to die got sacrificed. I was literally about two seconds away from opening the exit gate when the killer found me. C'est la vie.

The key is to abandon your team stay hidden work gens and 99 the last one hope your teammates are to busy dying to find it. Then as soon as the last survivor has a sacrificed icon pop it and play the gate game.

I used left behind wake up spine chill and dead hard. Don't use resilience if your already injured and the kill finds you at the gate your sol but with dead hard you can take a hit open the gate then dead hard through. Use spine chill to tell you wether or not to go for the gate.

It took me about 10ish tries to get it

This is certainly one of the games hardest achievements to get. You really gotta pray and hope the stars are aligned just right. There's a very fine line between how good your team mates are and the killer.

Have a gen at 99 might be even harder with that scourge hook PR, let everyone die WAIT for the hatch icon to appear and pop the gen. Then pray you can open the gate and get out or hope the killer spares you.

Build I used was Spine Chill, Adrenaline, Wake Up.... and I can't remember what the 4th perk was.

Same here...I'm usually more kind to the last survivor unless they are toxic or bm
