Killer changes suggestions ( Nemesis, Freddy, Myers, Slinger, Pig )
Hello, i wanted to tell someone somewhere of these ideas i had for the 5 killers on the title. The ideas are based on the principle of making the game more fun from both perspectives, survivor and killer. Let's go
• NEMESIS
- Zombies do not respawn after being killed
- At the start of the match, no zombies will be on the map
- Whenever a generator is finished, Nemesis will gain a token of his power "create zombie"
- Create zombie will allow the nemesis to spawn a zombie in his current location
- With create zombie, nemesis will be able to stategically use and position his zombies, using them to defend hooks, gens, exit gates ... , and he also will be able to have up to 5 zombies in the map
- Since having 5 zombies and picking their spawn place will be too strong, the survivors will get something to counter zombies
- A Glock pistol will spawn ammoless alongside a random vaccine box, it's ammo is gonna be alongside other vaccine boxes, storing up to 5 bullets, one shot to the head of a zombie will kill it, or 2 bodyshots
- Shooting the Nemesis will do absolutely nothing other than waste your ammo
- Blinding a zombie will blind them for 45 seconds only.
- There are 3 different types of zombies that spawn depending on what tier of your power u are on, tier 1 spawns the current zombies, tier 2 spawns zombies that move at 2 m/s and have a bigger detection range, tier 3 spawns the running zombies, that run at 3.4 m/s
- With these changes, playing against the Nemesis will give you that resident evil feel of killing Zombies, being swarmed by multiple of them, force you to make decisions like "do i wanna reveal my position by killing this Zombie, or just let it stay there ? ", it also will force teamplay, let's say a hooked survivor has 2 zombies near him and no one found the glock, one survivor will have to lure the zombies away while another unhooks. Also it will be way more fun to play with Nemesis cus u will have way more control over your zombies.
• MICHAEL MYERS
- No limit to how much he can stalk one survivor
- No range dropoff in his stalk, make it so the "midrange" stalk speed is his standard stalk speed no matter what distance, wich means that he will gain less stalk than what he currently gets if he is close, but way more stalk if further away
- Add a new feature that makes it so Michael gains more stalk if he is standing still
- If he stands still for at least 1 second, he gains undetectable until he moves again
- With these changes, Michael will be able to play almost like a ranged killer, looking for angles on survivors and playing like a shape in the distance, that can stalk someone forever. Playing against Michael will be nervewracking, if u don't pay attention, he may stalk u from evil within 1 to evil within 3 without u realising, over and over.
• FREDDY KRUEGER
- Freddy cannot damage nor see survivors that aren't in the dream world
- Survivors who are not in the dream world cannot see Freddy
- The only way for survivors to enter the dream world is by the passive meter that fills up
- Remove dream projection and dream snares, to add two new powers: "Dream Object and Metamorphosis"
- Dream object: Freddy has 15 stacks of this ability, he can place a interactable object on the map, he can spawn generators, lockers, chests, totems, dream clocks, pallets ( and windows maybe ? ). These objects will only be visible to survivors in the dream world. Whenever a survivor interacts with a dream object, it will crumble into blood and Freddy will be able to teleport to that location, almost like a hag trap. Except it requires for the survivor to interact with it, unlike Hag.
- Metamorphosis: Freddy selects one of the 4 survivors and transforms himself to look exactly like that survivor, while transformed, Freddy cannot use his power Dream Object nor teleport to an interacted dream object. He also can't attack while transformed. While transformed he can fake interact with any object he wants, including Dream objects. Interacting with a fake gen will make it start doing sounds. Freddy can at any moment start a 2 second long detransformation to turn into Freddy again.
- With these changes it would be soo much fun to play Freddy, u would create the map, be able to do mindgames, transform into survivors then walk behind a wall, untransform, turn the corner as Freddy and hit them. Since they are oblivious they will not hear u after turning back into Freddy. Playing against Freddy would be really fun aswell, u would have to memorize the map before to not accidently interact with a fake object. It would also add a lot of tension because he can transform into u and your teammates
• THE DEATHSLINGER
- When shooting, the chain and the harpoon will stay visible on the ground
- Change the reload animation, now he will simply just reel the harpoon back to his gun whenever he reloads
- The further away u decide to shoot, more of the chain will leave your weapon, therefore longer the animation. The oposite is also true, wich means that if u shoot something close to you, the amount of chain on the ground will be very little, so the reload will be fast
- Increase his range limit to 50 meters
- With these changes, slinger will finally be able to snipe survivors across the map, but with a very big risk, since the reload will be very long.
• THE PIG
- For pig i don't really have any concrete ideas, i just wish there were more games for the survivors
- Alongside hooks, there will be the game rooms, these are places that the pig will be able to put u on instead of hooks, similar to pyramid head
- The game rooms will force the survivors to take decisions, like regressing a gen by 30 % or losing a hand, if both hands are lost they wont be able to interact with anything (maybe that's a little too gruesome for dbd tho)
- I don't really have any more ideas for what games would be played on the game rooms, like i said this was more of a wish than a concrete idea suggestion

Reading the Freddy one I want to make sure: if I enter the dream world can I leave? If I can leave is it harder then running to a clock? Is it faster for me to enter the dream world then now? If I just blow a gen do I stay awake? I ask all of this because if I just blow a gen here and there which prevents Freddy from hitting me I will just blow the gen and bam never even have to see the killer. If anything if you are going to have this type of major change to Freddy you would either need to have survivors always in the dream world or its so fast to re-enter the dream world that you would never get anywhere on a gen just blowing it. its a good idea to update killers you rarely see or are weaker but Freddy's suggestion just feels like survivors would abuse his not being able to hit them out of dream world. We all know survivors would never use that as an exploit lol...

Yes, you still can leave the dream world normally, and very good point btw. Survivors would keep on blowing gens.
Fix suggestion: survivors will take that amount of time to enter the dream world only if they woke up by a clock or if it's the first time they are entering the dream world. If they wake up by other means (missing skillchecks on gens or healing) they stay awake for a smaller amount of time, lets say like u re-enter the dream world 70 % faster or something like that.
just continuing on the topic, one way freddy players could possibly counter this strategy would be placing fake gens, using metamorphosis and fake interacting with all of them. This way the survivors would hear the gen and go towards it to try to miss a skillcheck to wake up, but would be surprised by the fake
