Ok, just a short Legion patch question

Did someone have a link to the Legion patch changes?
I have see many threads, but not found the url to the changes.
I like to know them, because they will answer to me if DBD is again a game for me, or not.
I especially like to know if the Legion can finally multistab again someone while in frenzy. If yes, I will be happy, if not, then well... I will be not that happy...
