Option to show build in lobby
Wouldn't it be useful if we could see each others perks and offerings before loading in to a match?
I know the devs are trying to balance the game to improve the solo Q experience and although it isn't much it would def help a little.

I also think the idea is good. If I knew another player had Blood Pact with them, I wouldn't need it. Certainly helpful for the soloq.

Yes but that might improve the community, experienced players telling newer ones which perks synergise.
You can also dip if everyone is running selfcare & urban.

true, that again promotes the toxic behavior of some. They already cry anyway if someone doesn't have BT with them. 😅

I don't think it should be an option, I think it should be the default.
You would get a little toxicity from people who get mad you aren't running meta perks, but the benefits would outweigh the cost here. It's impossible to coordinate certain teamwork-based perks with randoms, after all- at least if they know you have it they might try and make use of it.
I'd say that you should see them in the lobby, and in the 'pause' menu where you can check people's ping.

Maybe as an alternative you're notified if someone else is running the same perks as you, but not who that someone is.

When you see this at the end screen, it reminds me of why we need this in the next update!

On one hand players leaving the pre-match lobby will increase
But then players will try to synergize more with the teammates (like SWF)
I wouldn't mind if that were a thing... but I can only imagine what it'll turn the game into
