Does the Killer Ever Let You Go? Why?
When me and my friend play, he always gets let go because he's good. Like, really good. And, not in the way that he needs the best items and perks, or whatever. He just knows how to play the game well, and the killers usually respect him for it. So, if he's the last person they normally just give him hatch.
Anyways, I normally get let go because I'm silly. Like, the last game I played was on the carnival, and I ran behind one of the picture posts, and put my face behind it. (I can't find the exact picture of it from dbd, so here is this). Sometimes I will find items on Midwich and put them on the star points on the garden symbol. Or, during the last Halloween event I protected and saved a pumpkin for a wraith.
Anyway, I want to know your stories, or from the killers too. Why did you get let go/let a survivor go?
Also, BHVR please put some ridiculous thing like this into one of the maps. AND LET US PET THE HORSE!

An Oni let me go the other day when two of my team mates killed themselves on first hook.

I got given the hatch once because my teammates kept running to me when they were chased. After the third time the killer quit peeling off after me, so I was the last one left alive

2 days ago a sadako let me go due to doing pretty good fakes at loops
I even grabbed the tape to let her mori me but she gave me hatch lol

I had a Hillbilly let me go after killing my 3 teammates. I looped him for 10 minutes and we talked afterwards and he said he was laughing the whole time because we were mind gaming ourselves and some how I kept coming out. Most of the time I have killers let me go when the other 3 dc. Not always but sometimes.

I did that on Midwich to finally force a killer to mori me on the garden symbol LOL! Glad I'm not alone in that. She has an awesome mori!

Very rarely. They used to let me go more often back before the new MMR was implemented. Piggies let me go the most if I boop the snoot.

Some weeks ago I was playing surv with one a friend, we where the last 2 and suddenly the Hillbilly went friendly on us, we farmed a bit, I tried (and failed) to teach him about how he can get on the roof of the main building (the map wwas ormond), in the postmatch we had a nice chat and said to add him and play someday.
The sad part is that I left the chat before they sugested that, my friend didn't have the option to send them a friend request (I think bc we are from epic games) and also left accidentally. We didn't rememebered his name right and never found this Hillbilly again, we both felt bad for this...

The killer has to think that chasing you isn't worth his time. Some are more ignorant and prideful than others, so this is really on a case by case basis.

I'll let the last one go if someone has DC'd on survivor team.
I have let many people go and (sometimes) people remember :) feelsgoodman
