Head-on change
I am a frequent user of head-on in solo queue. I would like to suggest that when in a locker with head-on ready to go, that locker is lit yellow for the other survivors to see.

Would be pretty nice for those stuns.

I'm all for this change, it would make it useable in soloq without Quick and Quiet.

Yep

While part of me wants it, the other part tells me that my solo queue teammates will just use that info to tell the killer where I am. 😕

People would not understand what it means, and how it should work out. also people would run deliberately to you to shove off the killer, cause most killer gets triggered by an measly head-on. Its too much of a double sided sword. instead they should increase the stun time and lower the activation time to make it more viable. also a visual of the hitrange would be neat, cause sometimes it just doesnt work cause killer was 1mm to far away due to ping.

No, increasing the stun and lowering the activation would be far too much

110%
It would let killers synergize and make this perk a lot more attractive over its competitors - like Sprint Burst and Balanced Landing.

So, you can then head-on them?

If the killer isn’t suspecting the perk is in play, by another survivor pointing at the locker.

I dont think so. Lets be honest, the 3s activation time is quite hard to get to work in a chase unless you have much distance and/or QnQ equipped. And the stuntime of 3s doesnt do anything during a chase cause there is at least 1s animation lock.

It needs its prioritization nerfed first of all. You can't bait it out as killer because the survivor can just wait til the last split second before they get grabbed out and mash the stun through. There is no reason for a survivor to get grabbed out of a locker or hit by the killer after jumping out while they have Head-On equipped.

You obviously dont know how easy it is to bait out or even get the grab from a pretty save distance first.

Its not meant to be used a lot in chase like other exhaustion perks, you're meant to be a sneaky git with it

If your teammate is doing that then your game is already screwed. I’ve had teammates point me out after seeing me go into a locker because they think I’m hiding, not preparing to get a stun.

Um no… killers already have the ability to spam the open locker button while survivors have to wait until killers are closer to jump out. Giving killers priority would be overkill.

if the change was made it would be informed in a patch and people would figure it out. I agree with the visual of the stun range. It seems to be different with every killer.

Right... I don't think y'all go against survivors with good connection. You can even see some of the biggest streamers out there failing to bait it out. I don't think it's just me, guys. I can't be the first person to have brought this up either.

I played Head-On alot by myself and its the way that killers already have a priority on lockers at a distance you cant react towards unless you use some kind of macro. Most players i watch have no issue at all grabbing them or baiting it out from a save distance. Dont know what guys you look at, but its really easy for killers to bypass headon. It always was.

I think killers who bait don’t always get close enough to the locker to make the grab, but if they just go straight to the locker while spamming the button they will be able to pull you out before you can do the head-on.

Hitting through Head-On? That's still fair, since it's somewhat harder to time, and its not a surprise attack.
Grabbing through Head-On? Lame. Remove it.
Increasing Head-On Stun? Yeah. 4 seconds would be fine, especially since it takes more prep than other Exhaustion Perks. Even 5 isn't out of the question when in comparison to things such as Sprint Burst or Overcome.
Decreasing Activation Time? No. Because it can do saves, it has to have some prep. Flashlights require perfectish timing, sabo takes 2.5 seconds, and only deactivates one hook. 3 seconds for an instant save and exhaustion seems fair.

I'm not making it up, my experiences, is the point I'm trying to get across. The Head-On hitbox is honestly ridiculous, similar to pallet stun hitboxes, where you can preemptively step back to avoid the stun, but you still get stunned because the hitbox is huge. So it's either that, or the moment I go in for the locker grab, I never get it. I can literally hover around the locker, baiting that I'm actually gonna go in maybe 3-5 times, and they don't come out, and then they'll guaranteed stun me the moment I actually go in for it. I am mashing the grab button as well, and it either doesn't come out or it gets rolled back, because I see the locker opening animation for a split second and then I get stunned. I don't know if it has to do with me being on console or what, but I seriously hate the feeling that I have a problem with a perk that nobody else seems to, and that there's nothing I can really do to change that.

I was actually going to make the same suggestion! I 100% agree. The only thing I would potentially change is just adding a condition that the aura of the locker is shown in yellow to survivors within a certain range. Maybe 28 meters or something. If it was mapwide, it would make perks like Bond a little redundant in some cases. Free mapwide aura reading can be a bit strong sometimes. But to be fair, I wouldn't mind it either way, I was just trying to think about Head On in a practical sense.
