Just went against a Spirit hacker
We loaded onto The Game map and all of us immediately went down. Then here comes a Spirit and she hooks me and then hooks a David.
David unhooks himself and Spirit downs him from far away (she wasn't even near him) and blood splattered on my character and my character screamed when she downed him. She hooked David and the rest. I reported her, but I highly doubt it will do anything.
Fix your anti-cheat, BHVR.

Probably her phasing can work as a cover for hacks so you assume it's just a good spirit player.

Her power is essentially move very fast and try to track the survivors. Assuming this was a bot, the movement and tracking are already covered by bhvr's code. In the most basic cases, the hackers just enhance the sound for the bot to use. At the extremes, you have the situation in the OP.

I've had the same thing happen before against a nurse. She admitted in post game chat that she was trying to cheat in infinite blinks. These people don't even try to hide it anymore.

They don't have to hide it because all they get is a slap on the wrist. Worst case they buy another cheap account and do it again

Probably because her power is the easiest to work with. With a huntress bot you would have to create some script to automatically calculate hatchet throws and flicks. There is also a lot survivors could do to juke you as well. There would be too many variables to make a consistent cheating bot. With spirit her power is basically just her but going faster meaning you wouldn't really have to account for too much on her power, she would just play very close to normal, or without a power..
Edit: Thought we were talking about the cheating bots.
