What Legendary/Ultra Rare Cosmetics Do You Want?
So far I've come up with-
Charger (L4D) - Blight
Witch and Jockey (L4D) - Twins
Ghost (SH4 Cynthia in particular) - Nurse

Pretty sure the license holders wouldn’t be happy with just skins as well, those are major franchises in the horror genre unlike CryptTV (which got only skins) and I don’t see them giving out their license just for optional cosmetics for existing original characters..

I think you mixed up Ultra Rares with Very Rares! Ultra Rares are used for skins that change the character into a new original character or seemingly with the Trickster skin to add new voice lines... Sadako is weird though since she has an Ultra Rare but I guess that can be excused for being an original alternative version of Sadako?. Very Rares are just outfits for existing characters and that's what Classic Nemesis and RE 6 Leon would be, it's still the character just in a different look.
That said, I can't stress it enough and I will say it again, I would love if they did a Harpy Ultra Rare skin for The Artist, it's literally perfect for her 🥴

Jim Hopper (Steve Harrington) and Joyce Byers (Nancy Wheeler) are the only characters I care enough for to pay $15 for, not to say I dislike legendaries (I think having Chris and Claire Redfield as playable is really cool) but they'd be the only characters I'd actively pay $15 to play as.
Some other legendaries I would love to know are available but are too poor to afford are:
- Reiko Asakawa (Yoichi Asakawa)
- HUNK (Leon Kennedy)
- Jonathan Sims (as head Archivist of the Magnus Institute) (idk, doesn't matter, I guess Felix)
- James A. Janisse (Doesn't matter again, I guess Dwight)
