What Do You Think The Chance is Of Any Grind Changes This Year?
We keep getting reassurances they're working on some amazing change that will remove all complaints and cure cancer and all that, but no details whatsoever. Given the rate of change in this game, how long do you think before the change occurs (assuming it isn't scrapped)?
Of course, despite the very long time it is taking to get the change, no chance of any temporary measures as a stopgap, such as removing perk tiers or simply some 2x BP events.

Legion and Ghostface changes took months and they did not even get major changes. Add-on pass and minor buffs for their base-kits. So this took months for them.
And if we believe BHVR, grind changes needs more work. So i would not expect before 2025.

This year? Absolutely no chance in hell. At best next year, but I don't expect any actual reducing in grind before 2024.

I don't expect anything from this company tbh. I would be surprised if they reveal it when the anniversary stream starts.
But last year they told us there would be an autoban feature. The whole forum blew up and we got nothing about that in a year. So why announce things when they're not even close to being ready.

It will be a huge swing and miss of they don't announce an actual serious solution to the grind during the anniversary event.

If not in the anniversary chapter/update, then never

Until something is actually live and implemented in the game, then I consider the chance of it happening to be zero.
That is what I have learned from BHVR over the years. Expect nothing, not even things that are promised with a specific date. So, even if BHVR tomorrow said "Grind changes before the end of the year!" I wouldn't get my hopes up, not until it went live.

I don’t have high hopes for changes anytime soon. As with most other past announced changes, it will either take many months or just never happen at all. The grind has been the one common complaint that survivor and killer mains can agree on (maybe besides SBMM being terrible). There seems to be no urgency by BHVR to make this change even though the community has been asking for it for years and player numbers continue to decline.

The thing that is nuts, is that there are so many things that could be done to alleviate the grind, but when they're suggested there is either silence or an excuse why that specific idea wouldn't work. There have been an absurd amount of ideas that have been thrown out, most of them good. You're telling me, none of them could be implemented? Get real. The grind is this way by design. Period.

They’ll probably do something so small like lower the prices of all nodes by 1000 BPs.

I think a pretty significant change will come in the anniversary. If not, then they will at least make an announcement for big changes to be coming in the following mid chapter or chapter.
Rumor is the next chapter is original so I think they'll need something big to go along with an unlicensed chapter in order to bring people back or attract new players.

Wouldn't hold my breath. The bloodweb itself needs to go away. We spend way too much time clicking nodes on top of acquiring the BP to buy the nodes. And we're constantly forced to buy things we won't ever use. The system is awful on so many levels. 2 million BP every month is 70% reward, 30% punishment because I have to sit there and spend the points.

I imagine we'll get details on the anniversary stream but the actual change wont come for another 2-3 years knowing bhvr
