I play all killers but have a fondness for Michael and Hag. Dwight is my main as he is the OG and I remember unhooking someone and escaping through the hatch on my very first DBD match in 2016.

Dwight/Meg on survivor side - they've always been my first picks, I relate to Dweet's nerdyness, and Meg's running ability.
Michael on killer side - I just love Halloween.

Survivor - Only ever played as Jake. Just so accustomed to his noises despite using iron will. Just play him out of loyalty really.
Killer - Oni is my main, don't bother with Trapper or GF no more. Oni for me is the coolest aesthetically and his power is arguably one of the best in terms of fun and destruction. Will be suprised if another killer can prize me away ..... none have yet.

My main Survivor has always been Jake. I've always just really connected with his story and loved his cosmetics, and have stuck with him for years. The other Survivors I main are Nea (Love her outfits), Leon (Absolutely love RE2), and Steve (Best Stranger Things character imho.)
As for Killer, I've always had a soft spot for Myers (He's so simple, yet fun and rewarding.) My main is Pyramid Head though, I really enjoy going for wild M2s and enjoy the skill curve with him. Nurse and Huntress are probably my two honorable mentions, since I really enjoy playing both of them for how difficult they can be, while still being extremely satisfying when you succeed.

I guess I still main Quentin. Had him p3'ed before the face rework, and the vibe was unmatched. It felt so fun, loading into a trail playing him and goofing around. After the rework, I tried out some other characters to recapture that old aura (Johnathan Byers specifically lmao) but none ever stuck. Though, these days, I've been playing lots of Ash and Laurie- Ash just feels so goofy and makes me happy, and Laurie has such a badass vibe!
Killerwise, Demogorgon is my go-to! Picked him up when he came out and never looked back. He's the perfect mix of mobile and threatening, but also its fun to play and always brings some light-heartedness to a match. He feels so fluid to play, and its really rewarding hitting a good curve shred. Also best pupper :)

I have to upvote this, it isn't a challenge to play hillbilly, it's some luck (because only a few tiles can be curved, the 90% others can't be curved if the survivor is paying attention), and a impossibly high risk high reward power that asks perfection from the player.
Hillbilly is harder than any killer in this game, change my mind.

Bubba because:
- I really enjoyed using PWYF and Nemesis.
- I am that 1 killer who misses easy hits so the chainsaw suits me.
- Wanted to prove not every Bubba needs to face camp.
- Thought he was massively underrated
Don't play him as much anymore because I can't commit enough time to him to learn the terrain hitboxes. Also miss the PWYF and Nemesis Bubba 😥

I used to main Caleb. I still occasionally play as him when I get daily rituals, but ever since his nerf all my matches have been insufferable... and I don't enjoy burning myself for a game. I have been struggling finding a new one ever since. I started to play as Sadako and Legion recently though I am not sure if I'd say I "main" either of them just yet.
As for Survivors, you will almost always see me as Jake (which is ironic considering my icon is Felix, but I don't like default Jake).

I main legion because to be honest when I startet I thought most of the other killer abilities looked hard to use right I got a bit scared having a hard time but legion looked alright and easy enough and I love them since my first game.
Also for personal reasons I like that I can be a man or a woman depending how my mood is and still play the killer I enjoy most

Feng Min - She's the first survivor I unlocked when I started the game, and her perks made playing Survivor very tolerable.

For killers I main oni, bubba, wraith and ghostface. I chose oni because I can one shot multiple survivors with one strike. When they heal each other or unhook someone unless bt and he is just very funny to play. Wraith is one of my mains also just because I like his speed I quess. Bubba ofcourse because of facecamping in basement with insidious even I do that less now and also it's fun to one shot survivors too. Ghostface because I like scare survivors and then just one shot them.
For survivors nea and feng ming. Nea because of balanced landing and now cause I have cool cosmetics for her. Feng because her screams and noises she makes. Also fun to teabag and flashlight with them.

I don't have a main - I like to spread my playtime over all the killers and survivors.
I always liked Jeff as a survivor though...
For killer - I always had a soft spot for Cannibal.
He's braindead, true. But I always hated playing around pallets, and Cannibal is the king of eating pallets and creating dead zones.
That is, until Nemesis came out.
Nemesis is my new Main by merit of having a super fun power and also chewing up pallets and making dead zones more aggressively than any other killer in the game.
Just talking about it makes me want to get into a Nemi match right now!

Meg. She had the L4D Zoey outfit so it was a no brainer, now I'm trying to raise the reputation of people playing Megs. The keyword being "trying".
Started out as a Wraith main and loved it until I got into Iri ranks where he began to struggle quite a lot. Branched out until he got his buff, mained him again and had a wonderful time. Only play dailies since his nerf and the COH meta. I play pretty much all killers with the exception of Plague and Hag, I guess Bubba is as close as I get to a main these days.

For killer: I have 3 mains (Artist, Sadako, and Pig), but I play Artist the most out of the 3, so I consider her my number 1 main. I love her design and power.
For survivor: I mainly play Nea and Zarina. I like them because they both have great cosmetics and I like Zarina's backstory too.

Killer: Trickster because I’m a huge simp for him and think the challenge of getting good at him on console is a fun goal.
Also Legion, they’re the killer who got me into the game at first before I took a break.
Survivor: Nea. I like her cosmetics and she’s Scandinavian like me lol. Also Yun-Jin because she’s a girlboss and she’s hot

I only play killer and I don’t really have a main, I just play a few games with whoever I have a mission for that night. I think my favorite killers currently though are Doctor and Sadako. (Really though I like all the basic attack killers better than the ranged attackers.)

indeed! His chase music is so great, I also find Clown's chase music one of the best ones when it kicks in! The way Pyramid's power also counters much of the meta is quite interesting

My main used to be legion but after the introduction of boon coh I have become a pig main but I'm most likely going to return to my stab n run days after seeing that juicy rework and have pig as my secondary main

My killer main is obviously Trickster. Aesthetic wise what drew me to him was that I'm a sucker for an edgy boy with chains. As an EDM fan the whole chapters theme was right up my alley. Kit wise I play FPS games so he wasn't that hard to pick up and learn at all for me personally. I was also determined to "be the first one to master him" when he first came out. In games I typically go for speed characters, but I guess he's more so a long ranged speed killer.
My survivor main is Feng. When I was deciding which survivor was going to be my main, it pretty much boiled down to looks. I was stuck between Nea, Kate, and Feng. Nea had cosmetics that fit me the most irl, but at the time before her visual rework I didn't find her all that attractive. Kate was really pretty and I loved her tattoos, but I didn't care for too many cosmetics of hers. Feng was a nice balance between both, because I really loved the bunny hoodie at the time and she fits my aesthetic as well.

Survivor: Mikaela - I just like her looks, nothing more.
It's not because of her perks, I never play with her perks.
I just like her face :D
Killer: My first main was freddy, he was the first killer I got to Iri 1 with , so he will always have a special place in my heart.
Nou nowadays I wouldn´t say that I have a main anymore. There are killers I have more fun playing with than with others ....
-Huntress: It´s fun throwing axes
- Nemesis: I am a longtime resident evil hardcore fan, ofc I like him :D
- Wraith: I like his speed if cloaked and some of his jumpscare moments
- Spirit: same as wraith, mobility and jumpscare possibility
- Doc: I like his funny, dirty laughter
-Onryo: She is weak, but for me she´s fun, I like it to teleport arround
..... but I switch way too often to have a real main.

I play Kate because her holiday sweater has excellent blending qualities and I play doctor, clown and legion because they are low tier killers. I tend to be attracted to whatever other people don't play in games.

On survivor side, originally meg and then nea because when I started playing they were the only survivors besides claud jake and dwight and at the time I liked their perks. Then I switched to ace some time after he came out and have mained him since just because I like him.
For a long time I really didn't play killer at all, but when I did I mostly played nurse with a bit of billy. I eventually became more a killer main and started to main nurse a while, then blight came out but I was in the middle of a break from DBD at that point, I came back a little bit later still split my play time between survivor and nurse. but then I started to get into blight a little bit before they increased his camera height, really fell in love with his power and how fun it is and have been a blight main ever since, ended up climbing well into the top #75 for lethal rush hits on the dbd steam achievment leaderboard, but I've been busy and kind of inactive for a while so I've fallen down to #120

As survivor I first wanted to main Feng Min for her bunny outfit, then got the game and realised neither Feng Min nor the outfit were free so I played mostly Claudette (too many dwights in the lobbies and Meg was too loud), before finally playing Jake as I was p3ing Claudette and never going back to Claudette bc i felt naked without iron will lol
As killer the first one I got was Legion, I thought it was really cool that they were four of them and their gameplay wasn't too complicated to learn so playing them would teach me killer basics. I haven't played them seriously in a while bc I got bored and now i'm really bad at them, i'll pick them up again with the update tho so im really excited
tldr; legion goes *cool noises* ; jake goes *no noises*

Killers: I started with Doctor, cuz i got an unhealthy crush on him, but now i'm playing mostly Bubba, because i enjoy to look at the pure "IDK WHAT I'M SUPPOSED TO DO" in survivors. Doesn't matter the rank, they always enter the panic mode.
Learning Nemesis and Artist now, we'll see which one will give me the same feelings.
Survivors: Jake and Yui, because they got the best outfits together with not being too loud. If i wanted only cosmetics i would go for BHVR's favorite, Feng, but her voice is like you stepped on a mouse

Blight because I've always enjoyed fast and precise characters (or just fast playstyles in general which is why I loathe no mobility killers) with some form of gimmick to them, that being flicks. Enjoyed greninja is smash and lucio in overwatch for the sheer speed you get.

i dont really have a main, im rotating between different ones to see what they are like but trapper is the only level 50 i have. he may have his struggles and some gaaaaarbage maps for him but when your games work right and your traps do some work he is incredibly satisfying.

I’m a little late, but for killer I main Pig because I like her character and her power and I also like the saw franchise and Amanda is my second favorite saw character (Favorite Saw character is Hoffman, I still hope for BHVR to add a legendary pig mask Hoffman skin for Amanda since there is James for Cheryl), as for survivor I main Steve and Jonathan, Steve because he is a mom and Jonathan cause he is my favorite character from stranger things and is so underrated and like nobody uses Jonathan or mains him.

I bought Plague and Pyramid Head with the game - Plague because I liked her design and lore, Pyramid Head because he seemed really strong. Turns out I'm not a very good Pyramid Head, but I do make for a decent Plague. I've picked up a few more killers as frequent flyers (Wraith, Pig, Nemesis, Artist), but none contest my love for Vommy Mommy.
For survivors, Jane's the character I have with the most stuff accumulated, but I don't really have a true main. They're all clones and I'm still working on P3-50ing everyone.

It used to be Nightmare with BBQ, discordance and some other stuff to bounce around the map and pipp.
Now it's basement bubba with insidious because he's the toxic killer dbd deserves, but not the one it needs right now.

Nurse, she is so unique and requires so much focus to play properly. Both rewarding and incredibly punishing.
Claudette, she used to be the most stealthy survivor. Since I main Nurse, I know how to stack the deck in my favor should I verse one.
