'I Haven't Seen A Sadako In Weeks'
Yay, rank reset day - finally back to killer and man does it feel good to be on my favorite role again.
Just had a bit of an odd match on Sadako - after the game (a solid 3k) one of the survivors typed:
'GG, wow, first Sadako in a while'
To which another responded:
'Yeah, I haven't seen a Sadako in weeks!'
Interesting. I must say, while learning survivor I only saw about 3.

I see a fair amount of Sadako, but Twins ? The last one was maybe a month ago.

I mean every single killer is like 2x more times played than Twins, even the second least played Killer.

I got her a lot the first couple days but she died down quickly.

Twins was, oddly, my first survivor game I ever played.
Haven't seen them since.

Keep in mind there’s 27 killers so on average a specific killer only pops up only 1 in 27 matches. Obviously some are more popular than that and some less but that’s the average so it’s not surprising if after the initial rush Sadako shows up only 4% of the time.

I think there is something to this, not just with Sadako, but in general. Obvs we don't know our MMR, but if someone forced me to guess, I'd say I play surv around upper-mid (not high) MMR, and I see a ton of Sadakos. When I am fortunate enough to have good run of escapes, I start seeing a lot less, but then start seeing tons of Nurses, who tbh I usually don't see much of generally. But that makes sense, given the viability of certain killers at certain levels.
I think Sadako is fun to play up to a point, but also might be challenging for noob killers, so it might make sense to see her more in the middle.
It's not going to be a 1 in 27 chance really, though, since certain killers are played at a much higher rate. The other day I faced six consecutive Huntresses. Kind of unusual to have them bunched up like that, but is reflective of what the use rates say and not a completely freak occurrence. I almost never see Twins, Freddy, or Hag (especially).

Right, I said 1/27 is the average pick rate. Some will be more, some less, but that’s the average.

I play against her all the time
It's kinda annoying playing against the same killer like 6 games in a row

Twins need some love. They don't need a buff, because they're probably one of the best killers. However, they need to make the Twins feel less clunky to use. That delay while switching between the 2 of them is awful and makes the Twins feel like they have a loading screen between switching.
Maybe make it so the Twin you are using at the time can keep moving while you are switching between the 2, instead of that horrible delay between switching.

Her power is kind of uninteresting unfortunately but I get there's only so much you can do with the license. I know it's a rough comparison but as a survivor the only thing she does for me is give me the worry of potentially being mori'd. I can get that same feeling from a Pyramid Head but Pyramid Head offers more gameplay variety. She's not too good in chase but at this point I have nothing to say about her. If people enjoy her I'm happy for them.
But yes - I rarely see her - I've seen more Twins than I have the new killer but Twins has been out longer so I imagine more people have picked up Twins by now.

Previously? No.
But recently I've been trying to learn survivor, so my rule is - once I hit Iri 1 on killer, I get survivor as far as I can. I got Iri 3 last season and will try for Iri 1 this time :)

I'm a garb Wraith but I still can't get used to nerfed Wraith. My body only remembers his pre nerf Lunge.

I see Sadako a lot. Played against 2 yesterday. I see her pretty much every time I play survivor.

I am not exaggerating when I say that it has been 10 months since I saw a Twins player in one of my games.

I also enjoy giving respectful survivor players that are great at the game the Ice Cube mean mug as a fatality. Wraith cannot do that, he is clearly not the A tier killer Sadako is.

I always see one from time to time. And if they bring offerings for maps - RPD or Gideon (or Midwich, anyway, indoor maps with multiple floors), it's one of those that knows what they are doing, and it's going to be a very long, tedious and repetitive game.

I wanted to make a post about this cos I also enjoy playing against her but I can hardly encounter her anymore. Everyone tried it for 2 weeks when it came out and now she's in the garbage box and it's such a shame... devs should check stats on how much is she being used and do something

I play her a lot, but mostly as a meme. She feels sort of more like a stage hazard phasmophobia ghost or something. Luckily the lower MMR cap has made her alot more viable since you still get some potato's in your matches.
