Balancing Adept Achievements for both roles

If 2 Escapes / 2 Kills is the goal the devs aim for when balancing, then make that also apply to the Adept achievements.

  • As Survivor, escape the trial after at least 1 other Survivor has escaped while using all 3 of their teachable perks.
  • As Killer, sacrifice 2 Survivors while using all 3 of their teachable perks.

Maybe even consider letting the 4th perk slot be any perk and still count for the achievement, because there are some characters with bad or non-synergistic teachable perks.

    I honestly feel like those are fine. The only thing that needs to be addressed is Killer having to do it merciless. As long as all 4 survivors are dead, it should trigger. Doing it with Bubba was an absolute nightmare because I basically couldn't use his main ability due to the stupid ways the emblem system works.

    However, the problem is that achievements are tied up in 3rd party software, which binds the killers to achieving a 'Merciless' award - which is only given from double pipping now.


    Double pipping in a system that has absolutely no current function.

    I like having the adepts be more of a challenge than just aiming for the balance of the game. Killer could stay the same, IMO, (as it is challenging enough) but survivor needs to be bumped up.

    I would prefer if the survivor adept was similar to the Ace's Journey tome challenge in Tome IV Level 4. This would mean you would need to finish repairing 2 generators, cleanse 2 totems, get 2 safe unhooks and escape as the survivor in question with only their specific perks.

    If I had to change the killer adept, I think I would prefer it to just finish the match without the exit gates being opened as the killer in question with only their specific perks. This way its more clear cut on what needs to be done, can allow for multiple playstyles without having to worry about emblems, and you don't have to sweat over a hatch race to get the 4k.

    Survivor adept is fine as is. Killers just need a 4k for adept, that's how it should be.

    Why should survivor adept be changed whenever I do adepts I get terrible teammates and get hatch for it lol
