The Game needs rework ASAP
It's just pure pallet safe heaven. You just predrop every pallet, your teammates do gens and it's gg. You are happy that you even get like 2-3 hooks by the end of the game unless you play againts bad survivors. Any M1 Killer is just gg there. Probably even Bahdam is less of a hell for M1 killers than this awfull map.
If you play Blight, Huntress, Nurse or Nemesis.. then sure, the map is not bad. For Nurse it can be even easy map. For the most of the cast? Enjoy your suffering I quess.

Look at that map and then remember there's SBMM in this game. Now thats a complete joke lmao. The killer has no input in any of these loops but let's have SBMM.

Gideon’s is a terrible map but I don’t hate it more than Badham.

It honestly needs a full scale rework it's biggest design flaw is that's all pallets and like what? 4 window spawns

Most maps are pretty awful but I don't think the devs believe any of their maps are a problem, you can tell because every new rework or new map is just overflowing with extremely safe everything.

I think there are 5 Windows actually.
1 LT wall
1 Jungle Gym
That 1 Window that drops downstairs
1 Window near the drop that leads into the bathroom

I think there’s 7. There’s those 5 plus the freezer room window (the downstairs room next to the one you can fall into from above) and the window near one of the exits I’m pretty sure half the playerbase doesn’t even know about because it never gets used (it’s not a good window).

Lets make Haddofield with 2 palets and 1 window and even more open than now, lets make bahdam with just one building and remove the school, etc. Put all there just unsafe pallets, etc... Do you want me to continue? What a bad take seriously.

It's this kind of mentality that pushes negativity between survivor and killer mains. Is it really that hard to take an unbiased look at The Game and realise it is definitely not fair for killers?
Or, by your logic, we switch everything around, then the only survivor-sided maps would be Dead Dawg's Saloon and Shelter Woods. That'd be pretty fun, right?

In the long-term, this should be the goal. Way more Windows and removal of safe Pallets. The Game was always one of the most boring Maps to play on, since you only run around safe Pallets and once they are gone, you have massive Deadzones.
In the short term, they should got rid of every breakable Wall and remove the Pallets which got added to compensate for Deadends created by breakable Walls. But unless they remove those Walls, the Pallets should stay.
IMO it was only killer-sided if you had a Hex-Totem, because back then, The Game was the only Map with strong Totem-Spawns. But once you did not run any Hex-Perks, it was not really killer-sided, since the gameplay resolved around safe Pallets.

Lol yeah this happens far too often, or they spawn right in the open so they may as well have a big neon arrow pointing at them. I pretty much never use Hex perks for this reason, though when I do I like to risk Devour and most times I get no value... but those one in a million times I actually get a god tier totem spawn are awesome.

Just got out of a match on Eyrie of Crows.
That map is so unbelievably horrible in its design.
I Eat 2 walls to allow myself to chase in main building, I eat the pallet upstairs, I eat 4 pallets around the main building and during one of the final chases I think to myself. 'This is great! I'm losing so terribly, but they're about to throw this pallet!'
I kick the pallet - that's 6 pallets and 2 walls so far!
Finally, I have made a dead zone around the main building and can potentially win chases here! YES!
The survivor walks 4meters forward and I see that they have 2 more safe pallets lined up back-to-back with a window next to the furthest one.

I look over at the area in front of the main building.
At least more 6 safe pallets.
I just spend over 20 seconds of my entire match in kicking animations and the vast majority of the match is completely safe.
By the end of the game, there were only 2 pallets and that one breakable wall on the top floor of main still standing.
Developers, please take notes and understand that the solution to chases is NOT to drop a bunch of safe pallets everywhere. T_T
