Which DLC Chapter is in your best & worst?
If you can explain the reasons why as well then it would be cool :D

Bubba.
He gave us two of the best perks in the game.
BBQ
and my favorite, Franklin's Demise. I get so many DCs when I see 3 flash;lights in lobby, throw on Franklin's, it really makes my heart warm

Best? Nightmare on Elm Street. I main Quentin on the survivor side and main Freddy/Pig on the killer. I also think the remake is not as bad as people claim it to be.
Worst is probably Portrait of a Murder. Crow lady is ok, but the survivor is the most forgettable character to ever show up in this game.
2 -
Resident Evil is best. Epic killer (Nem boi) and legendary survivors (Jill and Leon)
NoES is worst licensed chapter because they decided rework Freddy from unique to boring. It is worst chapter now.
Worst original chapter Portrait of a Murder, boring killer and boring survivor.

Interesting. IMO I see Artist DLC like one of the better ones and Nightmare DLC towards the bottom.

Sadako is one of the most fun killers they’ve released in a while, but otherwise there’s no map so I’m not sure it’s the best dlc pack. I think my favorite DLC pack overall is Silent Hill. I never played Silent Hill so the franchise means very little to me, but Pyramid Head is a fun thematic killer with an interesting ability set and cool music and Midwich is one of my favorite maps in game because the loops are mostly gameable and it has some neat layout features and easter eggs.

At the moment I’d say a Nightmare on Elm Street currently Freddy is a weak uninspired basic killer it has perhaps the most unbalanced map in the game and an overall weak arsenal of perks also no skin variety. Not sure of a best chapter though some had such a huge flaw like Halloween, Lullaby for the Dark, Cursed Legacy, or Descend Beyond.

Best? The Halloween Chapter. I think he massively helped this game to get to where it is right now and i remember the insane hype when Myers released! Also he got a power that is very true to how he works in the movies - he might not be very strong and pretty outdated, but you still feel like you are him / going up against him in your matches.
Worst? The A Binding of Kin Chapter. the Killer is a huge mess, power wise. Lowest pick rate by a long shot, excurciatingly bad to play against and not a lot of fun to play either. Looking at them just shows you all the wasted potential a power like this could have had, but didnt end up being. Also no new map. And the only memory i got of Elodie is her deafening me because her screams were way too loud when she released...

Best is definitely Silent Hill. Cool killer, cool survivor, cool map and decent perks.
Worst goes to Ash vs. The Evil Dead. Forgettable survivor and awful perks.

Best probably Resident Evil for me, I like playing Nemesis a lot. And the Survivors had some cool Perks, even tho I am not using any of them.
Worst, either A Binding of Kin or Potrait of A Murder. Binding of Kin brought the Twins (and many Bugs back then), and I really hate that Twins are in the game. My will of life is gone when I hear Victor being released.
And Potrait of a Murder - Killer is really boring to play and play against, since her Power promotes holding W, since you cannot loop her. And Jonah is pretty forgettable.

Stranger Things was what got me into DBD in the first place (please renegotiate the license BHVR i am begging you)
My least favourite would probably be Binding of Kin, ignoring the fact that the Twins were and still are clunky to play, and encourage a very boring playstyle, and ignoring that Elodie on release nearly blew out my eardrums, i am genuinely impressed that the game was still functional enough for All Kill with how many things it broke
We are thankfully past that for the most part, but still, BOK was probably the roughest a chapter launched

Best resident evil. Awesome killer and two good survivors in Leon and Chris and my two babes in Claire and Jill.
worst is Sadoku rising
garbage killer and garbage survivor

i'm cheating for these:
Best
Cursed Legacy
i think the game was in its best state during this chapter
worst
A Binding of Kin the game became a complete broken mess during this chapter and was the beginning of the constant technical issue that would be game breaking.

I recommend to play silent hill games especially part 2 with James.

Best: Halloween chapter. It gave me my main killer Mikey whom I think is one of the most fun killers to both play and face against. We got cool perks like STBFL and DS (I know DS was not always balanced like it is now but better late than never). I also think having Michael Myers and Laurie Strode in the game helped put Dbd on the map.
Worst: Binding of Kin chapter. I was going to say All Kill but at least we got some good perks from that chapter. The Twins are just designed as a slugging machine.

At least give us a blighted demo skin.
0 -
Best is Descend Beyond: Second-best designed and balanced killer in the game
Worst is… IDK, Binding of Kin maybe. Design disaster.
0 -
What Blighted Demo skin?
if you meant Geo Mutation, i'd rather not be reminded that THAT was my boi's final skin
0 -
A lot of other killers have blighted skins (with the flowing yellow entity stuff)
2 -
Worst chapter was resident evil
Map was disabled not even 30 minutes after the dlc came out
It made the game borderline unplayable on console
And the best would be silent hill in my opinion iconic killer ok perks (they were bad at first got buffs) and cheryl iconic character with decent teachables

I am livid that this isn’t in the game and that we probably will never get it officially

Best: Tied between Blight or Huntress. Both introduced killers with very fun, rewarding powers. Huntresses perks are very meh but survivors got dead hard and we got a killer that throws hatchets at people. Blight brought in undying, which is yet another band-aid fix perk, but useful nonetheless.
Worst: Sadako
Sadako is basically the only killer in the game without an actual power. She's boring to play in general. She did bring in call of brine which is pretty amazing but honestly, for as long as gen kicking on it's own hasnt really had any meaningful effect, it kind of feels like a slap in the face.
I'm hoping that if/when she gets reworked, she will have some sort of power within chase that will make her fun and interactive for both sides.

-Best Resident Evil Just cause Nemesis rocks.
-Ash vs Evil dead No Boomstick No Killer His perk was to strong so it was gutted.

Best as a whole probably Silent Hill. Best killer? Descend beyond. Best survivors? Stranger things (mostly Nancy).
Worst as a whole... probably Darkness Among Us; broken killer, bad survivor, bustedly survivor sided map. Worst map? Resident Evil by far. Worst survivor? Probably Ash; MoM busted on release, then nerfed into oblivion, and now his perks are only used for meme/obscure builds.

Now you know my pain

My favorite chapter was the Oni chapter. I loved the bushes in his map and Oni was just terrifying. The design team did a great job with him.

Best: Demo for obvious reasons 😔
Worst: Twins for obvious reasons 😔

Best update was Saw.
It was solid gold in all 4 categories: Nice Killer, survivor, map and perks. The map has some pallet issues, but it's designed beautifully. Overall everything I could ask for in a DLC.
Worst update was Binding of Kin.
Not only were all the perks bad, none of them even worked on launch. The Twins themselves were only good at camping, and Elodie is forgettable. I went on Hiatus for a while when that update launched because survivor gameplay was just laying on the ground, and killer gameplay had grown stale with no new maps or decent perks.

This is super hard for me.
Best:
Resident Evil.
Got a map, an awesome killer that is both practical and super fun - a couple of good killer perks, 2 new survivors! And between them, a couple of very fun perks that make playing with friends a blast!
Worst:
A Binding Of Kin
No map. Killer was (and is) super lame in comparison to a much more exciting roster - and has very lackluster lore... and they're flat ugly. Killer perks range from meh to trash-bin. 1 survivor with eh perks.

best was silent hill, worst is a binding of kin. portrait of a murder was unhyped and boring but binding of kin was just. i don't even know man its awful

Geo Mutation is his best skin wdym

I'll give it in two categories.
Favourite based on personal preference.
This award has to go to Saw.
I'm a massive saw fanboy and Amanda is my favourite character and pig has been my primary main since release.
Honestly I loved the old game map and it was really fun to play I was the only one in my friend group to actually liked it. ( the new game map I absolutely 8 gameplay wise but I really love it aesthetically)
Tapp is ok there's not much I can really say about him he's like pancakes without syrup or topping/fillings not terrible not amazing just ok
Least favourite - portrait of a murder.
This update was just terrible. The Artist is a meh at best which is a shame because I really like her design and I love her lore on paper ( it needs a bit of a shine up in a Tome like a trickster got because in execution currently it's kind of lacking)
Jonah has to be the worst survivor release. He's about as interesting as wet tissue paper, his lore is terrible and the only noteworthy thing about him is a Guy Fieri meme that got boring a day after it got started.
Also to call the map puke on a plate would be way too much of a insult to puke on a plate
Ok now preference aside time to be critical.
Best
Silent Hill - pretty much an amazing chapter all around it really was in really into love letter to the Silent Hill franchise. Incorporating elements from the first three games amazingly.
Survivor- Cheryl/Heather Mason I love her to pieces and she is still to this day in my opinion the best Silent Hill protagonist hands down no contest (Come at me James Simps)
Killer - Pyramid Head whether for better or worse he's pretty much become the mascot for Silent Hill so it's glad to see him along for the Ride. ( he did need some balance tweaking to stop some very frustrating mechanics but outside of them brilliant killer)
Map - Midwich Elementary - I'm going to be honest the map is probably the weakest part of this chapter but even then it's not terrible and people have grown to love it from a gameplay standpoint
Perks - honestly on both the killer and the survivors and we got some really fun perks I have got it even better with tweaking they're definitely not meta but really nice if you like shaking things up
( Outside of some balancing issues which did get fixed I can't really think of anything extremely negative to say about this with the one exception of for the love of God Konami please let us have mix and match cosmetics please or at least give Cheryl some bloody pants and a different hairstyle I like to mix and match something other than different shirt into bloody or not bloody skirt)
Worst - Darkness Among Us
I am a Legion fanboy and they are probably my secondary main and have been since release but even I have to admit oh dear god their release was terrible.
Killer- old Legion was a problematic killer with no counterplay. The sad part was they weren't even overpowered in fact they were weak they were just problematic because of the lack of counter play. Trying to build them up as a secondary main during the release period was terrible with the DC epidemic that was happening with them how frustrating they were to go against.
Survivor- Jeff may not be one of my mains but I really do like him and think he's an amazing character from a lore perspective and design one but Jeez is he a poor neglected being bean. He lives in Adam in that void of I think the developers forget they exist sometimes.
Map - Old Mount Ormond was terrible and filled with annoying visual problems it was one of the few mobs that had to be taken down on release because of that.
It probably was the worst map for killers because for some reason it was able to chain so many really safe looping structures together that it wasn't funny even a baby Meg head loop you for a hot minute because of it let alone someone who actually knew what they were doing.
New Mount Ormond still sucks but at least you can see auras and it's not so obnoxiously loop change but otherwise I love it visually yet gameplay wise it will still remain the worst map in my opinion.
( guys give some love to Jeff and give him some cosmetics, maybe at least tome or something he exist too I says this is a well fed Feng Main still eagerly waiting for more food also when you give cosmetics to the Legion please remember Julie and Joey also exists not everything has to be Susie)
