Are we here again?
Im up to a 30 minute ban again because of either killers disconnecting or "unknown errors". This hasnt happened for months and now its back i guess. Ive already had an old post about this issue where the killer dcs, but i keep my item and am awarded the points i got up until that point, but still get a multiplayer lockout. This doesent make any sense. I dont understand why i am getting punished off the game for nothing. Frustrated af with this. I love dbd and can deal with a lot, but bieng locked out of playing for things that arent my fault is extremely frustrating.

Why is this never happening to me?
I always read how people get timed out unfairly but I can't remember it ever happening to me.

Im not trying to be negative.. dbd is one of my favorite games ever.. i just cant figure out why this happens. Id imagine if it was me it would count as a dc and id lose my item and get no points.. it started happening a few days ago after not happening in a long time.. maybe the mmr change? I dont know. Just hope it chills long enough for me to have a few normal matches so it can revert to just a 5 min lockout xd

Nearly never happened to me. Not sure what's going on with your computer or internet.

My guess is your having a difficult time connecting to players that are perhaps outside your area do you use a vpn as i know some players do that in order to connect to other countries where their own player base is sometimes lacking.

I play on xbox series x with an ethernet cable connected to my modem and the top tier internet package.. maybe if i turn crossplay off? I dont have any connectivity issues on other games.. hmm. If it is on my end id love to know what the issue is so i can try to fix it. I appreciate the suggestions and advice, thank you all :)
