Brutal Strength and Fire up buff idea
Brutal Strength would also grant a 5% movement speed haste buff for 3 seconds after you break a pallet by any means.
This effect does not stack with other haste buffs.
Fire up would also grant a 3/4/5/6/7% movement speed haste buff for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds after you break a pallet by any means based off of the number of generators' completed.
This effect doesn't stack with other haste buffs.
Remember that powers that break pallets have their animation locks happen AFTER they break a pallet so the movement speed would be in effect but usually expires before they can move freely.
Meanwhile kicking a pallet breaks the pallet at the end letting you move freely with the haste buff. This also lets them have minor synergy with spirit fury/enduring as spirit fury/enduring breaks a pallet by having it land on you which does start the haste buff's duration during the stun making it weaker then you'd first think.

I like the Haste status. It's a clever way of bringing killers back after they commit to a break action. It's not game breaking, but it's nice.
Honest, I thought buffing them could be done by extending their numbers and making them effect separate interactions... such as...
~
Brutal Strength:
Break actions, Grab, Pickup, Locker search, and Drop animations are 15/20/25% faster. Breakable walls are broken 30/40/50% faster.
~
Fire Up:
Description: “You’re only toying with them – but if they test you, they will see your true strength.”
For each generator completed, increase the speed of breaking, vaulting, picking-up/dropping actions, locker search, and missed attack recovery by 3/4/5%. When the final generator is completed, gain 5% Haste.
Flavor-text: “’Why are you screaming? I haven’t even cut you yet.’ – Freddy Kruger”

I love your Haste idea, I may have to change mine around to incorporate that! It's very smart!
What do you think?

I actually like the Fire Up change proposal !

I feel like your effect could be a new perk for killer. I'd say it would be better for fire up to have stronger numbers as this perk is one you rarely see as survivor if at all.
I am not entirely sure what number would make players try to run the perk. Perhaps 5%-6%? Would 6% fire up really be that crazy? You lose 3 gens, you gain 18% pallet break, a little less brutal strength and you get 10% extra reward for losing all of them in endgame.
