Legion Insta-down While in Feral Frenzy?

I thought that if you hit a survivor while in Feral Frenzy twice then you lose the frenzy, and they continue to have deep wound? I know the Legion buff came out today so it might have changed but this insta-down kind of confused me. Anybody know if you need an add on for this or something, because I checked the add-ons he was using, and they said nothing about downing people while in Feral Frenzy. Thanks.     Its the new Legion Buff. If you get 4 Chain Hits the 5th One is an Instadown

    The Legion buff did in fact change things. Now the 5th hit in a frenzy chain puts the survivor into the dying state (barring endurance effects). It's a base kit change, though that particular person is running an add on that makes it easier to pull off.
