Ps4 - "Infinite " Tier 3 myers

Randomly against a myers the exposed notification just doesnt go away.

Addons uses: Purple tombstone piece, obsession stalking diary green.

Perks used: Monitore and Abuse, Undying, Ruin , BBC.

After getting tier 3 as a myers once, the survivors will get an exposed notification that doesnt fades away.

This implicates that survivors will think they are exposed and hide, and also will get lost because your TR is low but you "are" in tier 3.

Its just a visual bug, you will need to hit 2 times to down someone when the tier 3 fades away, and stalk again to get the exposed to proc.

On a spectator POV the tier 3 visual bug doesnt happen, only for survivors that are alive.

Getting into tier 3 for a second time wont resolve the bug.

Ranking up in tier doesnt give an audio cue.

Steam player here, I also had the bug. However, the audio cues worked just fine; we were able to tell when Myers had tiered up or down, but the exposed logo never went away.
