DBD OFFLINE MODE. Would you play it?
I belive there was a question about this in the player satisfaction survey.
I would love to have a offiline mode where you can just play the game against bots. Not the bots like in the tutorial but just like real DBD. I would love to have the ability to play every killer and it would make practicing the game so much more fun and also a lot easier. When playing survivor: It would be nice if you can choose the killer you're playing against or just set it to random. That way you can practice how to play against different killers.
I'm curious to see if people want a offline mode in DBD.😄

I would love this to try new killers and maybe new builds, but that is about it.

Monstrum exists,.... and sucks.
Played it for 20 minutes, bots in games like this are terribad.
This is PVP

Trying out new builds is something I would love to do as well.

Nope
I play multiplayer games to play against people, not robots. If I wanted to play against robots, I'd go play a single player game
That's not to say I think it would be bad to add for people who WOULD use it. I just have no interest and as long as you keep bots out of the normal queue, I'm fine with it

Bots instead of real people to kill? No
But I would like to see mini campaign mode for every killer where you explore their backgrounds and their conversion (or

Yeah, I’d probably play against bots now and then if they are decent. I played against bots in DbD Mobile and it was ok. 🙂

I also don't want them to add bots in online mode. It should be separated if they add it. Online and Offline mode.

Would it give me BP, XP for shards, progress with challenges/rift, etc.? If yes then I would definitely play bot mode.

There's bots in DBD mobile?

I'd play it INSTEAD of the regular matchmaking, especially if it's like kill your friends thing where you have all perks and all addons on all killers and survivors. However I don't know if it's even possible to program the AI for that, seems hard as hell O.o

As a testing ground, sure.
As a genuine alternative to regular queue? No.

Yep you can play practice matches and if someone DC the bot finishes the game out with their build

Yeah, DbD Mobile has bots. You can either set up custom matches with bots as survivors or the killer and also if someone disconnects a bot takes over for them.

yes.

I would like an AI mode to try out some different things just to mess around with sometimes like when a new map comes out being able to go there with bots and get a feel for it without having to ready up and hope I get that map everytime

I would use it as a training grounds to learn killers. As a console player, this is the only way I would ever play killers like Nurse, Hillbilly, and Oni. I tried a few matches with each of them online and it just wasn't worth it to fight not only against 4 survivors but also the game itself.

As long as the bots provide a decent challenge, then absolutely.
I'd love to use it to practice looking behind me in chase and finally getting decent at nurse without the pressure of a real match.
Also it would be useful when the internet is unavailable.

I'd play the heck out of a full-bot mode. An opportunity to try out different killers, different builds, and different tactics without being harassed by random internet douchebags? A+ 10/10

Only for training mode and no rewards/achievements. If bots ever officially make their way into the live game, I’m out. I already despise the terrible AI in DbD Mobile.

Hell yes. A Gamemode i can play when i just want to try out things or want to practice a Killer. That would be awesome :D

As far as I remember, BHVR was specifically referring to a custom mode with bots in their survey, and not playing against bots in the main game.
And I don't see why any person wculd disagree with it.
The mode would be perfect for practicing, whether it's a survivor player who wants to practice looping or a killer player who wants to practice a new killer or a killer they have less experience with before being thrown in at the deep end.
There would be no emblems or BP in that mode so to level and grind people would still have to play the normal mode but for practicing it would be optimal and I'm 100% for it.

Ot could potentially help drive sales. Like, if you don't know whether you should buy a character, you try it out offline and see how that works.
I don't know how feasible it would be, though.

I played it just to learn killers I suck with. I even played it if it was like a challenge with a build.

All of the multiplayer games I've played had a single player mode or some way with an AI to try out builds or just practice.
The question shouldn't even be "Do you want an offline mode ?", but "How much longer do we have to wait until we get something so basic and universal ?"
