Survivor is totally impossible and I'm done already today
The first game of the day with an offering screen showing three party streamers so I thought this might actually be a good game. Nope, the killer said NO WAY IS THAT HAPPENING! It was a Twins and they proceeded to slug non-stop unnecessarily. The killer put Victor at the hook to watch Nea on the hook and proceeding to slug another one. I managed to finish the gen in the Asylum and recovered someone on the ground. Then, the Twins slugged two in the building and as I tried to go save someone they saw me and downed me outside.
After one was camped to death, the second one gave up while I was slugged.
He couldn't go ahead and hook me to get more points, he left me on the ground to find the last player. This is with three party streamers. Purposely playing this way with 4 or 5 gens still remaining to deny a fun match to prevent others from getting points. Killers are overwhelmingly overpowered in a very unhealthy manner. It is too hard for survivors to finish their objectives.
This is what happens in about 9 out of 10 matches in Dead by Daylight. I don't believe BHVR is aware how bad survivor gameplay is:
And killers are using Sloppy Butcher now that CoH is drastically nerfed. It is very unfun to take a very long time to heal, are we going to see a nerf to Sloppy Butcher???
Killers need some meaningful nerfs. Twins needs a major rework so slugging is not kindergarten easy. There is no way this game will last much longer if something is not done about how unfun and impossible survivor is.
I'm already done after one game.

Sounds like the survivor team messed up badly and lost the game. 🤨 Skill issue.
Also hey I noticed there's no BT in your build, it's a helpful anti-camping perk I would recommend it. I'm sure your teammates would appreciate it too

Yeah, survivor games are going to get very frustrating because of everyone playing Twins like this...
Here's how YOU can help stop this! By simply running Boon: Exponential or CoH and Unbreakable, you can make this kind of slugging not that much of an issue.

They're slugging cause that's what Twins are. They're a slug killer and while I don't agree that it's necessary to slug at the start with 5 to 4 gens if a Twins wants to take advantage of it they're gonna do it. Even with a bunch of party streamers Killers or Survivors will do what they can to get as much points as possible and in Twins case you can get a good amount with just Victor.
Also Killers have been using Sloppy forever now and all of a sudden it's already a big deal because of Hemorrhage. Give it a couple weeks before judging it it's only day 2 of the mid chapter release.

It only takes a game or two to know Sloppy Butcher is a problem. Very boring gameplay with that perk.

I've already had a few matches with Sloppy hasn't been that big of a difference. You're also running Selfcare and sure you have botany Knowledge but, even then it'll still be slow with the mangle affect.

I meant I don’t believe you have this tough of a time playing survivor. I’m not very good, I play solo queue, and I escaped probably half the time. Just stop it or play killer if it’s so easy and OP.

The fact that you consider adding ~2 seconds to Self Heal a "drastic nerf" says it all.

I'm sorry you had a game like that.
Sloppy Butcher was not overpowered. Unless the rework to hemorrhage is way better than it sounds like it is, it is still not overpowered.
Twins do however need some changes to make slugging less appealing. Not a complete rework though. Honestly the ability to recall an idle Victor and allowing swapping back to Charlotte to bypass the 5 second cooldown Victor has when he downs somebody might be enough on their own.

Escaping in solo Q only happens when the killer is a baby. You need to find out what kind of killers you are winning against. Are they babies? Are they letting you win?

Let me give you my today story so you can also see the other side:
I wanted to play Twins because of that challenge, got some SWF group (or at least it seems like it) who just starts clicky clicky tbagg me just on sight. For no reason at all. All of them. Running around me and clicky clicky and tbaggs, holding victor, etc.
Fun!
And no, I didn't slug or camped or tbagg back. Nothing.

Yeah, this game balanced around SWF, you have to play with 3 friends. Solo is just too weak in this game, I expect thousands of players leaving, because they cant play survivor anymore

only 1 gen done in crotus prenn asylum (one of the most survivor side maps), everyone slugged aganist a weak killer like twins... honestly this could happen only if you have a REALLY bad team. i'm sorry for you, but this isn't the killer's fault, it's a lack of skill/common sense from the team of survivors

To learn playing survivor now one needs thousand hours nonstop practice, while killer is autowin against solo players.
Of course 90+% of survivor playerbase will look bad when its so hard to play survivor.

1st of all killer isn't autowin aganist solo... you have more chances to win with certain killers but you can still loose aganist solos if they are good enough... the killer can be only in 1 place at time, with that in mind you want force me to believe that at least 2 of those guys didn't had the time to do at least 2 generators? this issue isn't about skill but merely about time... that map is considerably big and twins despite being an annyoing killer to face (i'll give you that) doesn't really have map pressure cause you can control only one of them (without considering that victor can't be used again in the same spot if the hitted survivor was healthy, and in case it was injure you still have 5 seconds of cooldown, meaning that you are vulnerable to the other survivors and without considering that you won't get in the place in where you downed said survivor with Charlotte most of the times, nullifying your good play of hitting someone with victor)... if you believe that killer is so easy then why don't you go to play as killer? actually there's a long time queue as survivor, so that's another reason to switch side...

These are just words people came up with to describe ways killers take survivors out of the game.

You are right - too much is required from the survivor side and that is the issue. The game is balanced around bad killers and good SWF.
It used to not be this way. But piling on tons of new survivor objectives, nerfing maps, and creating an overpowered killer meta while not asking any more from killer is caused a huge imbalance.

Did you have any proof about your statements? Any solid fact? Until now I didn't see efforts from you in order to find something to use for your thoughts... You know, you remind me about a (in)famous guy present in the steam forum of dbd... But I'm derailing from the topic... As I said before, if you aren't satisfied with the actual state of the survivor role, just play killer or follow what Cote said once: play some civilization or do something else.

I've died in so many matches
My MMR is so low that I had TWO Jakes who slow vaulted a pallet in front of the killer and were immediately downed.
I have 16,000 hours in the game and I get teammates who haven't completed the tutorial.
Solo q is stupid

This is exactly the problem nobody on this forum seems to want to talk about or acknowledge.
And heaven forbid you DO address the issues solo q has, you're told to quit crying/get good/skill issue/etc. yet those reasons NEVER seem to apply to killer mains when they struggle.

And they say Grades are not based on performance - only play time. Funny, I have 550 hours and never once reached Iri I because I keep de-Piping every other match against sweaty Killers. I'm guessing this is due to SoloQ matches as I've never played as SWF.

yep if grades are time play we shouldn't de pip but here we are they say grade got nothing to do with MMR or skill.😒

THat is another example that the mmr is not working. It seems Sluzzy should get bad killers then - but obviously not.
Also had some rough games today. I only play SoloQ.
First ones i escaped - now i lost three in a row to a Legion, a good Nurse and Twins. These were not nice games.

The only problem is that I don't feel like opening up Steam, as well as opening up Stats for Dead by Daylight buried somewhere in my Xbox Profile, to add up my actual hours.
