Big server lags/rubberbanding and sound cut outs

Since the new update the servers are lagging, pictures freeze while the game continues in the back and you rubberband back and force. Background sounds cut out and set back in when getting in the heartbeat range.

    For example on the match played at 3 pm CET.

    The server froze while the killer was about to hook a survivor (Meg) she was invisible on the hook and was stuck on the killers shoulder. Still she died like being on the hook but couldn't be saved.
