Does hemorrhage notify the killer when stopping a heal or is the failed skill check noise there just to annoy survivors?

just stopping a heal under hemorrhage won't

Just wondering cause it makes you scream like a missed skill check

It doesn’t produce a notification, but the killer can hear it if they’re nearby.
