Is there any killer with a certain build that's stronger than Legion with 3 meta perks and Thanatophobia?

    Artist.

    You can run whatever you want, even a full build based around the Blindness Status Effect, and still win because her 1v1 and 1v4 are just that amazing.

    Legion gets neutered by splitting up

    Quite a bunch of Killers are stronger than Legion:

    Billy, Nurse, Huntress, Hag, Doctor, Leatherface, Freddy, Spirit, Plague, Demo, Oni, Deathslinger, Pyramid Head, Blight, Twins, Nemesis, Pinhead and Artist are better IMO. At least those.

    So you have plenty of variety if you want a Killer who is stronger than Legion.

    The survivor counter to thana is desperate measures and we'll make it.

    But like everyone else said there are plenty of killers stronger than legion.

    NOTHING is stronger than new Legion.

    The moment he logs in to the map, everyone is dead.

    Virtually any killer (played well) with 3-4 strong perks can be very oppressive against survivors teams that are uncoordinated or that have a mix of skill levels (even one weak link can make it very hard for the survivors to win against a good killer). You have to keep in mind that Legion is great at injuring survivors, but not so great at actually getting downs and hooks.
