150 games as Killer with tracked results and perk usage from survivors
As the title says and the image bellow shows, I played 150 games (148 games is patch 5.7.1 and my last 7 pinhead games is 5.7.2) and tracked the results and the survivors perks most used. I played 25 games with my 4 favorite Killers (Pinhead; Legion; Deathslinger and Clown). I also played 25 games with a Killer that I never played before and wanted to be part of my favorite killers (Executioner) and I tracked 25 games played to complete daily quests and compendium challenges with any and every other killer.
I'm pretty sure that my pinhead is at the soft MMR cap. Legion has a high MMR but not at the cap, with Clown and Slinger being above average, but not that great. Executioner, as stated, those are my first 25 games with the Killer, so I don't know where I'm MMR wise with this particular killer.
As the data shows, DH is used by 2 out of 4 survivors per game on average. BT; DS; Iron Will and Spine chill is used by 1 out of every 4 survivors and all other perks are used less frequently than once every match. Another interesting thing is that Boom CoH is not seen every match, but close.
Additionally while all the other perks (70 in total) were used 778 times in those 150 games, that means, on average, that every other perk in the game was used 10 times over these 150 games, and the combined 14 listed perks were used 1.373 times.
After the image there are some fun facts that I will share not correlated with the image but with my experience over those 150 games.
Intro 1: Doing this made me test a lot of killers that I never played before: Blight, Nurse, Oni, Pig and Twins.
Intro 2: Doing this made me test a lot of perks that I never played before.
Fun fact 1: Pig is awful, Jesus.
Fun fact 2: I hated playing with Blight and Nurse, but Oni and Twins are kinda cool.
Fun fact 3: Hex Devour Hope is THE S******
Fun fact 4: I'm 40 years old, and playing with the nostalgia Killers (Pinhead, Myers and Jason Trapper) is so so so awesome. Unfortunately, Freddy is a mess and boring.
Fun fact 5: there is a lot more bullying the Killer the lower the MMR. There is at higher MMR, but not that often.
Fun fact 6: Usually the bullying happens against the weakest killers, like Trapper or Myers, and I always laugh and think ITS PINHEAD TIME, Pink Mori equipped and its game on..... WE HAVE SUCH SIGHTS TO SHOW YOU.
Fun fact 7: I'm unable to camp b4 all gens are done, even when I tested Bubba. I hated it.
Fun fact 8: About tunneling, when I hook some1 and the unhook comes with me being too close... its the survivors fault and I will punish the miss play, but otherwise, I don't tunnel b4 2 or 3 gens are done.
Fun fact 9: About 4 games with Legion I got the Rancor bug and I thought that I didnt know how the perk worked and gave up on the perk, just to learn from the patch notes.... it was a bug. See, I'm pretty bad, and about 4 games on that list should have had better results than whats being shown.
Fun fact 10: I got called an awful killer and tunneler after a game that I 12 hooked people with TRAPPER.
Fun fact 11: Thanks for reading.

Thanks for the hard work.

Which Perk is "Endurance"?

Are you sure you know what "%" means? Oo
Other than that, thanks for sharing.

Nice. Another interesting thing you could pivot out is escape rates by number of survivors who used a given perk per game. For example, what was the average number of escapes when 0 people used Dead Hard versus 1 used Dead Hard or 2 or 3 or 4 used it.
1 -
The % works out.
Each killer was 25 games, 4 survivors per game = 100 total perks. If 31 were BT, thats 31%.
7 -
I would say yes if seen as used by percentage of all survivors.
Example: deathslinger and bt
25 games => 100 survivor => 31 bt used => 31% of all survivor in that group of games used bt
And the usage of % on amount of kills per game in relation to the 25 games per killer looks also correct.
If course those percentages are missing the correct definition.

That's alot of DH. I wonder why
3 -
Yeah, exactly... that was a missed fun fact, I chose 25 games because the number of uses makes it the same as the percentage. But maybe he noticed something else that he could clarify for us.

Yeah, that's a nice idea. I though about the next be about the maps and number of escapes.
2 -
Maps is definitely a good one too.

Oh damn, you got a mistake. Its Unbreakable. I had to open the game and check the name of the perk, its printed on my mind Endurance, go figure. Thanks for pointing it out. I will edit the OP.

Great results. It's actually interesting to see the so-called 'unviable' killers you put in the forefront actually have over 50% of 3-4k's (which are wins) except for poor Deathslinger lol. That is without some aggressive tunnelling or camping. Nice data and work!

It's kinda sad to see that 14 perks out of 84 make up 2/3 of all the perks used during those matches. I wished there were more viable perk options. (I stand by it: one of the reasons why certain perks get complained about so much is simply because they are everywhere.) If at least every character had an actually viable perk - that would make things so much better. It would still not be all that much - but at least more than 14.
What I also find interesting is how your "Wins-Losses ratio" seems to not at all align with the impression you get when reading threads around here. From forum posts I got the impression that the combined 3k&4k *must* be significantly lower than the combined 0k&1k for the vast majority of people playing killer. But looking at your matches.... that's not at all how it is. (And your stats line up much better with my own experience as well; both as killer and as survivor.)

No, he didn´t ^^. I just misread something, because i often keep starts of my games myself, and i do it a little different, and habit took over.
1 -
Precisely. That's why I wanted to keep track and share the results. I think when we use our memory and not hard data we are biased by our emotions. A 0k is painful and makes you forget that you 4k 3 times in a row the hour before.

I love to play Deathslinger, and I know I'm not good with him, but its a very fun Killer to play with. AND he has an awesome mori for those moments when you want to mori ppl. LOL
3 -
Makes me want to do sth similar from a Survivors PoV ... Though... Say, 100 SoloQ matches sounds... like torture. But who knows. I mean, It's not like I got anything to do for the rest of the week 🙈
3 -
Nice work. I love reading people's stats.
2 -
Nice looking chart and stats - love the color. I'm surprised Balanced Landing didn't make the charts as I use that perk on all my Survivors.

Interesting.
My own games show significantly different stats. Like BT, DS, DH for me would be at around 70%+. It's extremely rare for me to see a game with less than 3 of any of those. There are almost always at least 3-4 of each of those perks in every game I play. The fourth perk is usually the variety perk being CoH, IW, Unbreakable, Prove Thyself ect. The other 3 are almost always auto locked though.
You mentioned a variety of MMR's for each of the killers so perhaps that has something to do with it.
Edit: Didn't realize you were doing % of total perks instead of per survivor % rates, my bad.

That’s a lot of kills. Don’t you wonder why also?
0 -
So I only have a 31% chance of being unhooked safely and Killers should tunnel because it's not even @ 50% safe unhooks? Is that the point here? The META is KILLERS easily TUNNEL for the W? And 69% of Survivors are TFERS?
0 -
Interesting results, thanks for sharing!
Honestly I’m surprised Resilience usage is that high, I don’t see survivors use that perk nearly as much anymore ever since coh entered the meta.
1 -
That's a LOT more 0k and 1k games on Deathslinger (40%) than any of the others (highest was 28%). Almost as if his nerfs gutted everything good about him and replaced his old niche with nothing.

How is that alot of kills? lol

"Fun fact 5: there is a lot more bullying the Killer the lower the MMR. There is at higher MMR, but not that often."
That is very interesting.

Hey, that would be awesome to see man. Please do and share the results :)

Yes, I play the killers I enjoy and I know that only Pinhead and Legion have high MMR. Another thing might have to do with the region of the matches, I'm playing on Latin America

DEAD HARD BY DAYLIGHT
1 -
Actually no. Since its 31% and you are running the perk yourself, there is only a 6% chance of you getting unhooked by some1 with BT himself.
0 -
Very few Balanced Landings, 3 or 4 usage out of those 150 games.
1 -
Legion was also under 50%.
1 -
Thats interesting. I'm guessing its due to the specific requirements for the perk. Not all maps have elevation that would allow Survivors to perform BL.

I love resilience. Its a perk i cannot let go. Now with legion in every second match and plagues here and there i think resilience makes a lot of sense. Also running to the boon and healing constant is just boring to me so i rather stay injured and get some value out of it.
