The instant wiggle bug is back

So the 5.6.2 patchnotes stated that you fixed this bug, but I just encountered this again in a match. I was playing as survivor and I was downed immediately after I broke a hook while the killer was carrying someone. The other survivor wiggled free, the killer then immediately picked me up and I escaped their grasp instantly. The killer was a Twins if it matters at all.
Unfortunately I was not recording the match but I do have the log file, I hope this helps.
