Condemned is still a joke

How could they buff it to make it a threat during the match without it becoming oppressive?

The only thing I can think of is passive build up when near a tv thats on.

She is m1 killer with teleport. So ignoring televisions does not hurt survivors because they are hearing when you teleport. And plus she has lullaby for no reason.

I think it should add a stack for every 30 seconds (Passive) to all survivors. So survivors will stop stop ignore televisions and this will add second objective for survivors.

Giving feedback when someone gets more condemned would help too.

Even if Sadako knew exactly how condemned survivors are, I don't see how that would be a problem.

Maybe extra power like using hair to hinder survivor but you can keep his TR while on demanifested

probably same reason killers can't see survivors' hook stages, to avoid making Sadako a tunnel machine that only goes after whoever has the most stacks

It would definitely force the survivors to manage the stacks if sadako new how many they had. I'd be cautious with this though because it will lead to a tunnel into mori. Which if you add this it kind of make adding any other buffs to condemned over tuned. If I were to choose between the 2 I'd go with buffing the condemned over her knowing the stacks

I always hated that thought process. A killer whos planning on tunneling is going to know the hook stages. Its the killer who is trying to not kill yet that wants to know imo.

Changes i would Make is to make purely focused on Delaying the Game,in this Survivors will get Tapes more frequently & put them away,& if they do get Condemn it is no longer an Instant L for Survivor

    1:How to Build Up Condemnation

a)Survivors near TVs will have their Bar to build up passively(1 Stack=15 Seconds)

    or

b)If Sadako comes out a TV near a survivor they no longer get a Stack of Condemn, but now the Survivor bar to passively fill Condemnation(1 Stack=30 Seconds). To cancel this survivors must get a Tape & Insert It in.While they have a Tape the bar will fill up faster.(1 Stack=15 Seconds).

Inserting the Tape takes out 3 stacks & makes you immune to getting Condemnation for the next 45 seconds.

    2:Condemn Survivor

Survivors fully Condemned are now exposed for the Rest of the Game & can no longer interact with TVs.When they are on Death Hook they can be hit by the Special Ability Inexorable Stare.

You could trade the mori for the exposed until death hook. That seems fair to me so long as condemned gets buffed.

They don't need to add passive condemned, but I'd like to see condemned stack speed doubled for removing tapes from the TV. As it is, survivors are completely free to ignore that mechanic, and I almost never see it come it into play when playing as Sadako unless someone is intentionally committing suicide because they want to see the Mori, even if one jackass is running around the map snatching every tape out of every TV. I realize that it's not supposed to come into play often, but it at least needs to have the threat of potentially coming into play if survivors don't check themselves.

Her lullaby needs to go. No question about that. That one change alone would make her into a viable killer.

All that aside, she can be strong if you have the right build. She's one of the few killers that actually does worse with Ruin/Undying than with a gen-kicking build due to her mobility. Combine Brine with Pop and something like Dragon's Grip and you'll see gens go from nearly done back down to zero on a regular. Nurse's is actually decent on her despite her lack of effective stealth.

I've actually found that Merciless Storm works well on any killer other than Sadako due to the fact that every Sadako player seems to run it, and survivors expect it when they see her, so you're likely to get nothing out of it. They won't see it coming on any other killer, and even good survivors are going to miss at least one of those skill checks.

It's just bad I would definitely trade in the mori for like an exposed effect and faster condemned

Made some Changes & added some Numbers to see how fast it will be

Adding more stack instead of passive still places her power more in the survivors hands and like you said, that can be ignored. I personally think that the passive route will see condemned become more of a factor during most matches and not be as oppressive

Two stacks when coming out of the TV near someone is an option and maybe the tape only gets rid of two sticks Instead of three.

I don't think it should be a thing every match cuz a built in mori that ignores hook states is very powerful but as is now you basically have to play extremely carelessly as a survivor for it to pose any sort of risk to you.
