Jeff finally gets an amazing skin buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut
So Jeff looks to finally have gotten an amazing skin, but I'm not talking about the video store one nonono. I'm talking about the netease exclusive Jeff skin
For those that dont know, Netease runs the southeast Asia division for the DBD mobile game. They have absolutely amazing skins for all characters. Like we are talking top tier amazing(just go onto twitter and look up dbd netease) I'm happy that my boy Jeff is finally getting some love but at the same time why is it only for that region on the mobile version of the game? Those skins look amazing yet they will be confined to that small tiny section.

true it is similar but at least its not a recolor of a full leather jacket and theres some style with it unlike that greek skin he got where its a leather jacket, a headband, and eyeliner.

its not for the US version of dbd mobile, its only for the southeast asia version ran by netease.

One thing you have to know about netease from my experience with there other game Identity V. They care more about making money off of cosmetics then they do quality. So they get great skins. But there game is usually lackluster.

The difference is that the Netease-Version is not operated by BHVR. The game might be called "Dead by Daylight", but you can think of it as a different game.

But Bhvr sold it to them (Idk the exact word) and would have to know that they would be creating their own skins.

This is probably in the contract that Netease is allowed to add Content on their own. They are probably paying BHVR more for the ability to add own content.
And, who knows, maybe there will be a Netease-exclusive Killer in the future? (I doubt it, but I know other game companies where this is possible)
