will we ever get the exclusive skins from the netease version of dead by daylight mobile.. they're so much more slay then the skins we get here like

I would not bet on it.
The thing is, those are for the Chinese Mobile Version. I would consider it a different game at this point, because it is run by a Chinese Company. From my experience this means that the regular "rules" dont really apply so I would not hope for a release of Skins here.
(Maybe, depending on the contract, there will be exclusive Killers on the Chinese Mobile Version, who knows... But I dont think that BHVR would give THAT much freedom)

Their exclusive skins make me INCREDIBLY mad.
And I know we'll never get them, same goes for the new Mori animations for Trapper and Oni.

I wonder, does the netease version have everything the base game has or is there something we have that they don't?

They might have everything now. We had a couple of licensed killers like Freddy and Bubba for a while but they might be in the game now.

What about the reworked maps, do they have those now aswell or are they still using the old versions?
